Beware of FRAUD!!!This is a scam!! Don't book this hotel. Here is hidden information. You have to check out every day and take all your belongings with you. Of course there is no luggage storage either. It's clear that the hotel presents itself as cheap and is trying to make more money somehow. Ultimately the price per night is much more expensive than anywhere else! There are better, more trustworthy and cheaper places to stay in Busan. What this hotel does is a disgrace!!

I stay for 2 days. When we check in, we need to pay extra charge at the noon. We must check out at 11am dan check in again at 7.30pm if don't pay the extra charge, very tricky hotel. So the price from app is only for 12 hours. The room very smell, the bed very not comfortable. The lady at receptionis in the morning very nice, helpfull and speak english. But the old man in the night at receptionist can't speak english. The location good, near with mrt station.

This unscrupulous store, I booked on agoda, but gave me a room in the 25h hotel next door. It was really disgusting and smelly. The whole room and building smelled like a septic tank. I had to stay longer. Oh my god, they force you to check out every day. If you don't do this, you have to pay 20,000 won per day. The point is that the room is super old and completely different from the photos!

Good location. This is the only positive point I can say about this hotel.Room ok, maintenance failed. The worst service I have received. The price seems cheap, but when you understand the hotel's policy, it doesn't turn out to be worth it at all

It's a waste to give it 1 point, please don't go. When I first moved into the room last year, the bathroom was 2/3 full and the bathroom light didn't turn on and the water didn't flush. So I changed to the second room, but the air conditioner and TV didn't work... So I changed to the third room, and finally got the right room. It was truly the worst hotel.

Don't sleep here! The room is different from the actual photo. I've never seen a lodging company scam people who are different from the photo. I went to Daegu and looked at the photo and it was okay and there was a bathtub, so I went there because it was close by distance, but I heard that Toheaven and 25:00 are run by the same owner, so I got a room at both places. The one I reserved was sold out and I went to look at over 8 other rooms, but in some of them the TV didn't work, in some the doors didn't open, in some of them the air conditioner didn't work on hot weather, in one the lights were dim, the water in the bathtub outside was strong, and in one the door was stuck. There was a noise, the hotel unlocked the door, the password was 1234, there was no security, all the air conditioner buttons were removed so the electricity could not be used, and the TV cables were all cut, so it was very dirty and smelly! They kept showing me only the rooms I had seen because there were no rooms available, and I said I couldn't sleep there because there wasn't a room where I could sleep after looking at everything. When I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me, they pretended that they weren't the boss and wouldn't give me a refund, and pretended they didn't do anything wrong, and then we got into a fight, and the employee there called the police, and the police here reported it. A lot of people came in, but they said a lot of foreigners were sleeping there, but there were more Koreans that day. Don't sleep at all. It's a bad place to sleep. They don't even give you a refund. They come out as if it's a boat, and they say there's a room where you can sleep, but there's absolutely no room! Other people here said the same thing as me and gave me the room in the same way. I'm glad that the place where I made the reservation gave me a refund, but the lodging company said they had to approve it for a refund, but when I sent them a link, they said they didn't know about it, so they didn't refund the money and the place where I made the reservation gave me a refund. They gave me a refund!!! Don't force yourself to sleep. Be sure to get a refund. It's a waste to even give it 1 star. It's just -0 points. It's comfortable to just sleep on the street or sit down...

For 20 dollars a night, you pay for what you get but ive definitely been to other hotels in korea for around the same price range for a better room than here. There are stains on bed sheets, hair on the bed, eye contacts on the wall?, broken toilet and sink, and maybe more problems within one room. If you don't mind these issues and can get around them for a night then sure this place is somewhere to stay, but hotel rooms should be cleaned properly and any maintenance should be fixed because its a hotel. Koreans are mainly clean people and even other cheap hotels wouldnt have these problems and have been to many cheap hotels in Korea, but 2Heaven hotel ranks the top worst hotels for me.
