I would say 4.5 stars for the room and facilities for the price and 4 stars for the service.The good: it is a good 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station, 5 minutes walk to food stores and markets, the aircond in the room is decent , and the room size as well as toilet is decent, everything in the room is replenished daily, the snack bar is open 24 hours and is free for guests, check in was a breeze in less than 3 minutesThe bad: we arrived at the hotel at 10am and hoped to be able to have early check in because we’ve booked for 5 nights but although the room is available, we had to pay 80k won to check in early which is a bit sad, the hotel is located at a back alley around pubs so it was quite dramatic every night , not an easy walk with luggage’s to and from the subway, no proper size shower towel provided in the roomThere was a huge tv and personal computer provided in the room which is a great touch. But I had no time to check them out. Overall, this hotel is a real budget friendly, no frills, good for economical and young travelers as they do provide everything for a decent price per night.

This time I chose this hotel to stay for 4 nights. The following is my personal experience.In fact, I was worried at first because there weren’t many reviews, but after actually moving in, I found out:1. The cleanliness is pretty good. The hotel service staff will clean it every day.2. The hotel service staff has a very good attitude.3. The location is about 10 minutes away from the subway station, and the surrounding area is very lively, with plenty of food and shopping.4. The hotel has a light snack bar, which is available 24 hours a day, which is very considerate.5. LG TV is huge, and it also has Netflix and Youtube.6. The toilet has a flush toilet and a bathtub.7. The refrigerator is not big but very cold.8. LG air conditioner is very cold.The room for 2 people actually has enough space and all the necessary supplies. It really has a high value for money. I was lucky enough to book a real hotel. I highly recommend it.

Overall, this is a satisfactory accommodation. However, if you stay for multiple nights, the room will not be cleaned unless you separately request it from the front desk. I didn't know, so I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, and I was embarrassed because they didn't keep tidying the room.
