Super old and gross facilities. The spot is on a hill, have to walk up and down hill for transportation. The front desk attendant was also the clerk in their little store, often disappeared. They sold microwavable food and claimed the melting plastic food was edible. Maybe they don't care about plasticizer, no wonder...

A Comfortable Stay with a HiccupHillside Hotel in Busan offers a pleasant and comfortable stay, with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, my experience was slightly marred by a minor issue upon arrival.Initial Setback:When I first arrived, the allocated rooms were not yet cleaned. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did create some initial frustration. After waiting for a while, we were offered an alternative room, which unfortunately was also not clean. This process of moving from room to room was a bit inconvenient, especially as the rooms were located on the 8th floor.Redeeming Features:Fortunately, the third room we were assigned was clean and comfortable. The room was well-appointed, with clean linens, comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.Positive Experience Overall:Despite the initial hiccup, I had a positive overall experience at Hillside Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was also ideal for exploring Busan.

I went to Agoda for a deluxe family room, with a children's bunk bed and a slide, a clean bathroom, and a spacious and neat room. I went there after seeing the photos, but they gave me a completely different room. They say it's different from the photos because it's a narrow room with two beds at the end, like a motel room, and the bathroom is in a dirty state. After a while, a representative came out and immediately changed the situation, perhaps because there were many people like this. If you don't file a claim, you'll become a fool in an instant. Still, I was able to stay one night in a satisfactory room thanks to the friendly and cool change. Users must be careful. Whether or not the room has been remodeled, be sure to check the bathroom condition before making a reservation. And it was a bit chilly that day, but the room was very cold, so I covered myself with a blanket and slept. The staff was friendly and there were no complaints about the rest.

It was a good hotel for its low price, but the service was not very good. I think it's good for people who want to keep their travel costs down.

My family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. |It was about a 15-20 minute walk from Busan Station, so it's within walking distance, but Busan has a lot of hills, so I think it will be a struggle to get there. …

A very, very... old hotel (can't be called a hotel). The beds and bathrooms inside are... very old. The room is also very, very small. After opening the suitcase, you can't walk at all. I don't recommend it... It's a nightmare.
