Room is really spacious (compared to Japan). However, a lot of mosquitoes even though the door and windows were shut. Not sure where these mosquitoes came from.Facilities were poor - limited public space for use. There are two space, one near the entrance, one is the dining area. The one near the entrance has a big sign stating closure, but not the dining area. We went to sit at the dining area when it's not open for breakfast, to eat our eggs, the owner came to us, speaking in Korean (not sure what he said) and say "close means close". However it's open space and we paid for the stay here. We didn't make the area dirty, just find a place to sit down and relax. Even though there are tables and chairs, keep refraining visitors from using it. Water cooler is in function, but they also refuse to be used by visitors.Breakfast is nothing close to the image here or anywhere on the website. Very poor variety. 4 types of salty vegetables, overcooked green vege, white bread, boiled egg, white rice, cold water and orange juice. Stayed for 3 nights, the same ingredients, besides second breakfast came with some gyoza. In the end we only had the boiled eggs.Location wise, near to the BIFF and Busan Tower. Close to bus stops.Basin is outside the washroom, towel is small to be able to cover part of your body, so bring your own towel if you need a big towel. Not worth it for the price I paid, as it surged to almost 50k won for the days I stayed.

The boss and the lady boss are very kind and willing to help solve any problems you may have! 😊The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong and it doesn't get hot or cold. There are no problems with other equipment. It’s already a great value at this price. Recommended👍🏼

It's located a bit far from downtown and doesn't seem to be easily accessible.Overall, a place worth the price. The service provided by the staff serving guests is somewhat inconvenient. Not a bad place to stay for a day economically.

Are there any missing points? When I called about parking, the first thing I heard was not "hello" but "yes".end??? => The real end. (repeat twice)I wondered if I should run away from here, but what could I do? The accommodation fee has already been paid...The room was more like a motel than a hotel, worse than a small motel.I went to eat breakfast, but there was no one at the front desk and there was no information about the location of the breakfast restaurant. Thanks to that, I paid for breakfast, but had the unpleasant experience of having it delivered. Thank you? Thanks to you, I found out about a good soup restaurant. (If you leave a comment, I will tell you about a good soup restaurant.)Even though I kept calling the front desk during breakfast time, no one answered the phone and no one answered the phone when checking out.I told the staff about the above when pulling out of the parking lot, but they said it was impossible.1. There is a smell of food during breakfast -> There is no smell at all. He is a person who has always been recognized as a dog.2. Why didn’t you ask at the front desk? -> There was no one there.->Answer: It was break time. (=>??? Ask me.)After that, he just didn't say sorry and didn't apologize at all, just being ignorant. The worst of the worst. If this was going to be the case, I would have gone to a motel lol.

The room has floor heating, and the bed is just right for me. I lay down on it and almost fell asleep. However, I have two single beds. It is close to the Nampodong business district, Lotte Department Store, and supermarkets.
