An accommodation with an outstanding ocean view in Gwangalli.Aside from the view from the hotel, it is true that the value for money is not excellent. Whether it is due to its age or lack of maintenance, it is also noticeable that it is not clean in various places.

I used it well at an affordable price, but if you smoke in other rooms, the property smells like cigarettes through the ventilation. It's disappointing, but considering the location and price, I'm satisfied.

The location is good near the beach but the view is not good. Because we came early so we waited in the lobby because the staff said if we want to check in early we have to pay $10per hr, when the time was up the staff said the room was ready for us, then when we got to the room was a mess and the cleaning lady said it wasn't ready yet, the staff came and she didn't even say sorry, she said the cleaner just wanted to make sure everything is perfect but in reality they hadn't made the bed but it was fine so we were happy to wait, when we got to the room we took off our shoes the floor seemed to have been heated very hot and we couldn't turn it off, we thought it was ok as long as the AC on but during our stay that failed, it was also very noisy. There were only 3 hand towels not bath towels in the bathroom, and during our stay the AC failed causing the room to get boiling hot 🥵 asked the staff and she was lovely she offered a fan so then we got a fan in the room Lol, breakfast was below standard just boiled eggs, 2 minute noodles, bread and cereal and no tea which I understand is probably not a thing in Korea. All I can say the price is not cheap but we felt like staying in a motel 👎🏼

Positives: Good view and LocationNegatives / Improvement: Drainage, Super small towels (hand towel sized)Tip: Make sure all floor traps and sink and bathtub are plugged after use to avoid unpleasant sewage smell and bring your own towels as the towels provided are extremely small. Reception is on 11 Floor, in building signs are in local language, but look for the hotel logo. Entrance is at the back/side of the ground floor Arcade.

not recommended! Dirty, small, you hear a lot of noise.I've been before and it was good, the place has changed since then. Now not good and not recommendedAt first I was given a room with the smell of cigarettes and no shower, so the staff changed my room. The walls were moldy and there were stains on the floor and kashtop on the table. I cleaned myself and then discovered hairs under the sheet. I wanted to cry. There is no normal table to apply make-up or put a computer on, everything is very small. Small room and small bath you have to sit.You hear a lot of noise from the elevators and rooms next door. I heard a man throw up! disgusting. You get 3 small face towels. I was in March and it was very cold, you have to go down to Hagbala to ask for the heating to be turned on, and wait about two hours until the room warms up. If in the middle of the night it's too cold or too hot - you have to go down to reception again...just a nightmare. One thing that was good was the staff at the reception who was a nice clerk. Everything else relative to Busan is very bad. Better to get something else at an even cheaper price.
