The toilet and shower are together. When you take a shower, you wet the entire bathroom. To make things better, when I took a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded.The structure of the hotel is great, especially the view. However, the service is terrible. The attendants don't speak English and are rude. We had 3 people in the room and they only left 2 towels. When we asked for another one, they wanted to charge us for it. We received 2 cards as a room key, even though we had three people in the room. When we asked for another one, they informed me that I would be charged. We said we didn't want the key then and they still charged us for it. As the attendants don't speak English, they create confusion on any topic. Apparently this hotel charges for providing information. The view is not worth it.

Do not book this hotel if you value your safety and security. A stranger walked into our room in the middle of the night which woke us up abruptly. We were terrified as it was pitch black. I called the front desk and they said they made a mistake and gave another guest my room key. I have never experienced this at another hotel, we couldn’t go back to sleep for hours after this incident. I asked to speak to the hotel manager at checkout and was told the manager is not available and will contact me through email. I didn’t receive any email… I contacted the hotel asking for a partial refund.. and again no response.

American breakfast ~ very simple but acceptable, located in a slightly remote location near Songjeong Beach, next to Songjeong Station of the Coastal Train! It will be more convenient to take a bus or taxi when you go out.The room is big, the bed is a king-size bed, and there is an unparalleled sea view outside the window! The counter staff has no problem communicating in English and simple Chinese. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

The rooms we booked had sea view and was beautiful.|TV had enough channels for somebody who don't speak Korean.|Just open the window at night to hear the sea roar!||Language barier was a bit difficult, but we managed with a phone app.|Breakfast was great with juice, coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel unfortunately a very cold welcome.We ask if we can connect to our Netflix on the TV we are told yes if the box in your room is round unfortunately ours is square so not possible we are in the hotel for 4 nights we ask if they can exchange the box with that of another room but noAs a tourist who doesn't speak Korean I think they could make an effort. We are very disappointed even if it is only for a moment in the evening.

The girls at the front desk are all awesome~~The service was very good. They helped us call a taxi and reminded us that they didn’t even open a fake department store!It's a pity that the two boys at the front desk were a bit disappointing. They were quite indifferent and didn't really want to understand what we were talking about...However, the overall CP value is very high, so I still recommend it!

Do not book this hotel. The staff is very rude and certainly not welcoming! The room was dirty! There was still food on the chair (not only stains, but actual food!)! Lots of stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere! The mirror still had splashes on it from the previous guests. Breakfast was very bad for a 3 star hotel.The only thing we liked was the amazing view. This hotel has so much more potential!

This is a wonderful hotel with a great location. The service is very kind, and the front desk staff have all been able to speak both English and Korean. We got a room with a beach view, a jacuzzi, a shower, a bidet, a TV, and a mini fridge with complementary water inside. This hotel is less than 3 kilometers away from a very famous waterfront Busan temple.

Hotel further from the center on the beach.Perfect for me.The room is big, nice and the best mattress I've ever experienced in a hotel. Brutally hard like nowhere else.Soundproofing within the hotel is above average and even a jaccuzi in the bathroom as a bonus.But.This was the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in a hotel.Coffee is complete dung, soggy bread and a selection worse than in the dormitory.If it wasn't for the breakfast, I wouldn't be looking for another hotel in Busan. Thanks to the breakfast, I'll never go back to the hotel.Accommodation in this hotel with "breakfast" was a waste of money.
