The location of the hotel is good, but the environment is complicated for people to come and go. The service attitude of the counter staff is poor and they have no ability to deal with problems.

We didn't mind staying at the lower floor (4/ F). Staff let us check in right away (13:00). The room is alright with a clean bed and bathroom including basic amenities, i.e., shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Due to Korea environmental policy, no plastic amenities can be provided for free. So bring your own or buy from convenience store.

The room is nice, but please pay attention to whether the room type given at the counter is the same as when booking! This is the only place where I felt I had a bad experience after staying for a few days.When I made the reservation, I felt that when I came to Haeundae, I wanted to stay in a room with a view of the sea, but the view of part of the sea view was limited, so I specially booked a room with a partial sea view. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that there was a room of the same type but with a lower floor and a less beautiful view. We could check in early. We asked and learned that it was also a room with a partial sea view and agreed.It took a while to successfully take the elevator upstairs (the elevator was really slow), but when I entered the room, I saw that the sea view was extremely small (Picture 1), so I immediately left the room and went to the counter to respond. The person who originally checked us in was not available, so a male person checked in. This person had a very poor attitude during the communication process, accusing us of just agreeing and then going back on our word (but the room we got was far different from what we said when we checked in) ), because his English was not very good, so he later used translation software to communicate with us, and the result was that the Korean he typed was also impolite and semi-linguistic😇. After agreeing to let us change rooms, he first asked us to wait aside. After waiting for a while, no one came to see us, so we asked him if we could come back after 3 o'clock (the normal check-in time), but he still asked us He waited aside and after a few minutes he changed his mind and asked us to come back after 3 o'clock, which was incomprehensible. But the room was much better after the change! (Picture 2)Fortunately, we were all satisfied after checking into the new room. The floor space is not large but it is enough for us, and it is suitable for front-loading suitcases. The bathroom has wet and dry separation. I didn’t want outsiders to enter the room, so I wrote a note and left it outside the door. I hoped that I could leave the water to be filled outside the door and it worked. Thank you very much.• It took a long time to wait for the elevator when checking out, about 40 minutes. People on high floors who wanted to check out would be crowded with people in the elevator, so it was difficult to get there.• You can store your luggage after check-out, but only between 2:00 and 3:00.

Just next to the main street of Haeundae, everything is very convenient. The sea view on the high floor is great value, and the sound insulation is excellent. You can walk to the beach and it's super comfortable. Except the water volume in the shower is a bit small...

Very nice rooms (we had double bed in floor 13). The hotel has no lobby and the check in and out was a bit messy, but other than that, everything was great. Also great location! Stay in Haeundae if you go to Busan.

Our room had a modest balcony, two could sit comfortably... we really appreciated the sea view. Spacious, clean room. Perfect location. Advise

Great location everything was clean. The staff made our beds everyday and had not problem. I would definitely stay in the same location again. Their is a GS25 on the 1st floor. View is amazing during day and night.
