Large bill due to hotel's mistakeEnglish followsThere are several things I would like to point out. The worst thing was what I wrote in ④, where I had to pay a large amount of money because of the staff's mistake.①First of all, this hotel is not MK HOUSE SENOPATI. This is a small room in a house across the street from MK HOUSE. So, to be honest, the photos posted on Agoda are fake. The photo of the room is the same as the actual room, but the building is different. I booked MK House because I knew that it was an expensive service room that was often used by Japanese people, but I was disappointed in this point.②The room is fairly clean and has a bathtub. The location is good for the price, so I thought it was a viable option, excluding the above.③ Regarding service, one of the light bulbs in the room was burnt out, so I asked them to change it, but it remained that way for 5 days. The service here is worth the price.④You can ask the hotel to do your laundry, but it is expensive. I asked a male staff member if there was a Kiloan (laundry service that costs Rupiah per kilogram) nearby, and he said he would find it for me and bring it to me, so I left it to him. At that time, I told them to choose Kiloan instead of the more expensive one. I was supposed to receive it the next afternoon, but the staff member told me that it hadn't been received yet, so I ended up picking it up at the last minute on the morning of the day I was going to the airport. Well, up until this point, it's Indonesia, so that's to be expected. However, the worst thing is that the laundry shop this man chose is quite expensive, and he was charged Rp540,000 (about 4000 yen) even though Kiloan could have done it for about Rp50,000 (about 400 yen). I did. I complained to the staff and the laundry person, but I was told that the charge could not be changed because there was no proper confirmation between them. The hotel owner was also very picky about the only expensive shops around here, so he didn't offer any compensation, so I ended up paying 4,000 yen for laundry even though I stayed at a hotel that cost 1,200 yen. I appreciate the staff's initiative to help, but I don't think it's a good idea to make guests pay a large amount of money because they're really bad at checking things out. If you include the laundry fee, you could have stayed at a 5-star hotel.Overall, it was a terrible stay. Please consider these things if you stay here. I don't recommend it.There are a few things I would like to point out, the worst is what I wrote in 4), I was made to pay a large amount of money due to a mistake of the staff.①First of all, this hotel is not MK HOUSE SENOPATI, it is a small room in a house across the street from MK HOUSE.
