Budget hotel for those who want to stay without overpaying and don't have great expectations. The rooms are between the 8th and 10th floors, have a mini fridge, air conditioning and wifi. In the common area, there is a mini kitchenette, a sink, kettle and microwave. Plus there is a water dispenser where you can fill your bottles.The cons are the little (or no) soundproofing of the rooms, the lack of a shower tray (there is a drain on the floor but every time you flood the bathroom) and the usual problem you have in Korea of not being able to throw toilet paper in the WC (it should be thrown away in a bucket as building pipes get clogged easily).In summary, good structure but with some flaws that affect the final qualitative perception.

I booked 4 nights here. I'm happy with the hotel with 40-50USD/night. The location is very good - right next to Chungmuro Station, GS 25, Namsalgol Hanok Village. It's super convenient as well. Recommended for Solo traveler.

The perfect location, just go up and down the elevator at Zhongwu Road Station, go down the stairs on the left and walk a few steps forward. The price is cheap, the room has a bathroom, and the public area provides a water dispenser, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, clothes drying rack, and tea bags and coffee. Impeccable.

We booked 5 nights here and we really had a relly pleasant stay. the room was clean and big enough to open your luggage. There is also a mini fridge inside the room. The only problem was the T/B room, it was not that big to hang your clothes and it was a frosted glass room. They have a common pantry where you can heat your food and have coffee. they also have a laundry but no dryer so you have to hang your clothes outside. Location wise, it is a few steps away from chungmuro station, bus stops and airport bus stop. there is also a convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. it is a 10-15 min walk to myeongdong street and dmz tours meet up place. Over all i would highly recommens this hotel and would defonitely be coming back here

The real room and reception area are exactly same in pictures on agoda. At first it was hard to find the hotel since it was in the alley. After that, everything were as expected. Staff can speak English. The room were small but clean. Good elevator. No cleaning daily which I knew. Location overall was very easy to access everywhere, espeacially firstime travelers want to shopping and eating at Meongdong areas. Highly recommend to stay here with good price.
