Check-in from October 14 to 18, 2024. First of all, let me talk about the disadvantages. The room is too small. If you check in with two people, there is no room for two. When I arrived on the first day, the air-conditioning was not turned on. There was a bit of smell. The soundproofing was not very good. The front desk service was not very good. I can't say this is a hotel with good customer service. Advantages - The independent air-conditioning is sufficient, the hot water temperature is sufficient, and the water pressure is sufficient. It is located on the first floor and is downstairs. It is very convenient.

The receiptionist is super friendly and top norch. The location is strategic. Just infront of door you can enter the subway train station and this make your intercity transportation convinient. There are many halal restraunt in walking distance

The worst part of the hotel is that the breakfast is always the pork-containing options and the breakfast is the same every day and there is no black tea. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the metro and bus stop in terms of location. Can I stay again? never

Great check in experience! Staff was very nice and accommodating when checking in. The hotel was easy to find and lobby was clean. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Seoul. It is also in a great location in the center of everything.
