1. I booked a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. Unfortunately that's not the worst thing, I found cigarette butts in the window frame and immediately spoke to the staff about it and asked them to clean it. Since the window is very small (15x25cm) and there is a fly screen in front of it, even the little fresh air came into the room with a stench.Apparently the issue is known, as I was immediately offered a full refund (I should clarify it with Booking, the hostel itself did not want to issue a refund). I asked for cleaning again, but somehow the employee couldn't clean it up/vacuum it. We were offered another room, but the smell of cigarettes was even worse.2. The room wasn't completely clean - there was hair on the floor and crumbs on the table.3. Very late check-in - we arrived at the hotel promptly at 6 p.m. and still had to wait for the employee.

The worst accommodation... it was so different from the picture. There was no soundproofing at all and the smell of cigarette smoke was no joke.

When I entered the room in the old building, it smelled like bleach, so I got scolded. I guess they cleaned it hard haha.

Low price. There is an elevator. Spacious bathroomBugs come out. Has hair. Contamination on the blanket. Motel-like soundproofing level...Recommended if you just need to spend one night.

The exterior facilities are good, but the interior smells like old cigarettes. The towels smell like bleach. The prices are cheap in Yeongdeungpo.

I am a customer using room 401 at 19:00.There is a strong smell of cigarettesSince I couldn't go into the bathroom, I asked for ventilation and a room change, and they told me to leave.The service is the worst, as when I completed the refund, they slapped my card on the counter and gave it to me.I don't think I'll ever go again.

I stayed in a small room, but the room was warm and the water pressure in the shower was strong and quiet, so I had a good rest.
