The convenient location is perfect for first-time visitors to Seoul. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry and dryer on the second floor, but unfortunately it can only be used from 10:00am or 11:00am to 8:00pm, which coincides with the times when people tend to be out sightseeing. If I had to limit the time, I thought it would be more convenient to go at night.

Love the location which is central and close to metro, buses and easy to get where you want. Many places to eat around hotel, and walking distance to Namdaemun market and Myeongdong. Staff members are super friendly...Ham, Jerry, Dustin, and Cha were all very helpful and easy to talk to. I give them a 5-star!!!

The room and bathroom were very poorly maintained. It was obvious that the owner was cutting costs on basic amenities, such as towels. The towels were extremely smelly, likely due to bacteria, as they should be washed at 90 degrees to prevent this. After we posted an honest review on booking.com, we saw the owner's poor response, claiming that we placed unnecessary strain on the staff and dismissing all our remarks as untrue. The air conditioner filter was filthy and smelly, clearly never cleaned. The "room with a window" turned out to have a window the size of a piece of A4 paper... Never again.

I stayed 6 nights and it was really nice experience. I can feel the warmth of the staff since I confirmed my booking. the hospitality is amazing. Hats off for the front office staffs. Ham really helpful during my first couple days in Seoul, One of the day shift staff (i forgot the name) during my 3rd day also ensured that I'll have a safe travel to Nami by ITX. On my last day Jiho/Dustin assisted me a lot for my departure & Check out. you won't find such a great gesture from other places. The Room is Ok, it allows me to open 2 baggages and it has a cute bathtub. They put reed diffuser in every corner of hotel, room & bathroom, love the aroma :) . Thelounge as a common room has microwave to reheat your food and free flow water, coffee, and tea. The Laundry room also helps me to maintain my clothes. The access and location is perfect for me, as you can find the bus stop right in front the alley, and less than 5 minutes walk to the subway station. I can easily reach Namdaemun Market in 7 minutes walk and Myeongdong for 15 minutes walk. I can also can walk straight to Deoksugung Palace, Seoul Plaza, Cheonggyecheon stream, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Overall the price is value for money, The location and hospitality is superb.. Thank you :)

The hotel staff were very friendly. Thank you very much Jiho for helping us call a taxi.In addition, the location is very good. There are subway lines 1 and 2 next to it for easy access to most attractions. You can walk to Myeongdong business district and Seoul Station. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.The room is simple and clean,There are sometimes scheduled taxis in front of Subway. It is very convenient to go to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul Tower.

Staying with 2 friends in Firststay Myeongdong for 5 days, 4 nights.The hotel is in a fantastic location, not too crowded nor too near the chaotic myeongdong street but in a quiet alley. Bus stops and subway station line 2 is within walking distance.There are loads of food places and landmarks around.They have a great rooftop lounge area where you can make your own drinks and sit around.The room is really clean and comfortable. Tha bathroom is exceptionally large and suits our needs.The receptionists are super super friendly and very helpful.All in all, 10/10 would come back and recommend this hotels to friends and family

We were in Seoul for the first time and chose this hotel because of the equal distance from all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel is located relatively close to the metro.Very friendly and friendly staff, very smiling, always helping if a question suddenly arose.On the top floor of the hotel there is an outdoor terrace where you can eat or just sit and chat.The hotel is new, clean, recently renovated, good furniture, comfortable mattress and a huge bed. All accessories were in the room. There is air conditioning, even on the hottest days it was not stuffy.Room cleaning is available upon request. This is stated immediately upon check-in.I can confidently recommend this hotel!Of the small disadvantages or even more features:Everyone knows the “small” rooms, provided that we took an improved option with a window and a little larger in area than regular rooms - it is still small, there is literally enough free space for two suitcases.And it’s not unusual for me that there was no closet. There are only 6 hangers and that’s it, there are virtually no places to store clothes, so things were kept in a suitcase.But this (judging by the reviews) is typical for all hotels in Korea.

Awesome stay! Staff were helpful, rooms were cleaned when asked and the location was amazing. We will definitely be staying again if we are lucky enough to visit Seoul twice!
