This hotel was, without exaggeration, the absolute worst experience we have ever endured and that's putting it mildly.Let’s begin with communication, or rather the complete lack of it. We had emailed the hotel well in advance, notifying them of our late check-in around 2 a.m. Guess what? Not a single reply. Silence. After multiple attempts, we finally called, and they confirmed our booking over the phone, assuring us everything was in order. We were wrong to trust them. When we finally arrived in the in the early morming, exhausted and just wanting to collapse in our paid-for room, we were greeted by sheer incompetence. Our room was already taken by someone who had walked in and taken our room key from the unattended front desk. Yes, you read that correctly: they left the room card, our paid room card, out on the desk for anyone to just grab. Naturally, some random person helped themselves to it.Desperate, we called the hotel’s number again. Eventually, someone showed up. And guess what she said to us? "Why did you come at this early?" We were shocked and rather upset with her stupid question despite all the communication via Agoda messages, emails and phone calls. She tried to woke the person from our room, and informed us that we had to wait even longer. To make matters worse, they sent us to a shady, run-down motel for the night like we were some kind of inconvenience. It felt like we were being punished for booking with them. The horror didn’t end there. When we finally got our room the next day, the room itself was a disaster, filthy beyond belief. Dust and mold were rampant, and the stench... oh, the smell! Imagine stepping into a sauna that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The room reeked of sweat and mustiness, a stench that clung to your clothes and assaulted your senses every time you entered. No amount of airing out could get rid of it.We endured a few unbearable nights in that cesspool, waiting for another room. At long last, we discovered a hotel just a few minutes away—Hotel Boutique No. 9 and made the quickest decision of our lives. We packed our bags and walked out of this excuse of a hotel, never to look back.In all honesty, G MINI Hotel should be condemned and burned down. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry, a black hole of filth, and a lesson in how NOT to run a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re hoping to experience the worst hotel stay of your life. This place is not just a disappointment, it's a nightmare. Not even worth a single star.

You can’t wait for the girl at the reception, since, as it turns out, she works for two hostels. The room is very dirty, there are stains on the wallpaper, the mattress is damp because the air conditioner is dripping on it. We are traveling with our family and were attracted by the low price and good location. As soon as we entered the room, we regretted it. There are traces of dirt, crumbs and hair on the floor. Shower - boiling water. The bed linen does not seem to be fresh. We arrived at night, so it’s no longer possible to look for another place to stay for the night, but we’ll leave here early in the morning.

The only bad day we had while in Korea. We arrived a bit late around 11PM at G Mini Hotel Dongdaemun. There is an asian lady, but not a Korean, she is either from Thailand, Vietnam, or Mongolia that was showing our room on the 2nd floor corner.Upon entering the room, she apologized that there were 2 area on the floor steps were just still having wet paint (black or dark grey color). We thought the room was not ready or they were overbooked and giving us a room that was still in renovation. But, it was night already, took our shower and slept.First problem, when we are about to store our drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, and wow, it had bad odor and not cold. We let it on for 30 mins, somehow it was warm.Second problem appeared after 30 minutes, dripping of water coming down from the ceiling and the water drops were pouring every couple seconds to the blanket over the leg area of the smaller bed. We guessed the leaks coming from the AC.We went downstair looking for the asian lady, but no one was there. We called the number asking for help. Nothing happened. The third problem happened in the morning around 6AM, when we used the toilet bowl for the first time, my daughter was flushing the toilet, and the water was overflowing. Both of us were upset as we could not poop, And no one at the office to help. So we decided to leave the place and immediately book another hotel not too far.The place is so bad that it cannot serve any guest. If the toilet bowl and the AC leaking were managed, we could still stay there. But this is the only bad incidence we have during our 6 days trip in Korea. So, dont stay here.

I went here on 2019 with my family. The frontliner was an elderly man. He was really nice, he cannot speak English tho. But he helped a lot. The place was really clean and near bus, trains, mini market.
