We booked 4 people in the room for 3 nights. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything happening. Still, the room was surprisingly quiet. The size of the room is sufficient for a few days to explore the city. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Breakfast is a joke. The room is only cleaned every 4 days, as we are generally clean it is enough for us. You can pick up your own towels at reception every day.

Positives:1) Excellent location. Right at the heart of Myeongdong shops.2) Towels, Bath and hair shampoo provided.3) the bunk bed locker fit my 13 inch laptop bag, and personal hand carry bag, and there’s a few more space for other important personal stuff.Downsides:1) you have to keep on switching wifi connection each time you transfer from the dorm room 16th floor to the 15th floor common area.2) The placement of bunk bed locker was pretty annoying. I hit my head 3x because i keep the locker door open whenever i need to get some stuff. If you placed it just beside the socket area, and place a little hole for the phone chargers to go through, that would be totally perfect.3) they offer simple breakfast. If you’re someone who likes savory dishes for breakfast, just skip their breakfast. Not worth it. You’ll find better breakfast set at the convenience store.

Highly recommend Step Inn 1. It's located in the heart of Myeongdong, close to several metro/bus stations and a wide array of shopping. I am most impressed and thankful to Jiung Nam (front office) who went above & beyond to assist with getting us Tix to a baseball playoff game, chgs to our booking and assisting with our airport transport. Thank you, Jiung! You helped to make our vacation very memorable.
