The hotel is clean and comfortable, and provides shampoo, conditioner, and shower gelYou need to bring your own body lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush. The service staff are also very kind and patient. The location of the hotel is also great. There are 7-11, e-mart, GS25 downstairs, as well as the delicious coffee shop MAMMOTHCOFFEE, and Starbucks. It is only a 2-minute walk from the airport bus stop 6701 to the lively Myeongdong area. Take the next underground tunnel and arrive immediately after coming up, which is super convenient. The best thing is that whether it is before checking in or after checking out, the counter provides luggage storage service, which is really considerate.

The underground souvenir shop below this hotel was great. I really liked the Korean paper lanterns. The president is fluent in Japanese and will not make you feel inconvenienced when shopping.

This hotel is getting tired and it was an ultimately disappointing stay for the price. My room had previous water leaks visible on the ceiling and parts of the floor. There was also visible wear and parts of the wall peeling away near the shower. No restaurant apart from the breakfast buffet which was below average. I moved to the Ibis nearby which was cheaper and better on all counts. The location is good.

The rooms are modern and spacious (with several plugs, toiletries in the bathroom, Korean toilet, etc.). The breakfast was quite varied with Korean and European food. The location is not bad, as it is quite close to the Busan Train Station, which you can walk to in 15/20 minutes. Although to go visit the Buddhist temple that is near the amusement park (about 20km) you have to take a taxi (if you don't want to take an hour or so) and to go to the beach take the metro, which is close by.

This hotel is a at a great location, it has subway and bus stations right outside of it. The room configuration was exactly what we needed, 3 individual beds for each of us (we’re a group of 3 friends), honestly I would love to see more options like these in America. The staff was the best staff I’ve ever encountered, they let us leave the luggage after checking out at no charge. The gym has 2 treadmills, a standard gym bike (not for spinning) and a weight machine (no free weights). This hotel (and Im not sure if this is common for Korea) had the quietest elevator I’ve been on.

Below average review because the staff on level 1 Bell Desk is very unfriendly and unapproachable. They Never smile, no hellos, no thank you. There is no politeness. The lady at rhe bell desk gave me a hand gesture to stop talking when I was trying to explain to her my cab driver had passed the location and if she could talk to him in Korean. This lady staff needs to learn some basic hospitality training and ettiquets. Also, my room had lots of dust and I had to ask for a deep clean as it gave me allergies & made me sick and they did not even apologise.Oh and the lighting is so bad especially in the bathroom .. very hard to do any makeup. The power outlets were not working and there is only 1 power outlet near bed and that too near the floor at the bottom .. very weird tough to go down and put the charger there and also the outlet is dodgy so it keeps turning off so you make sure you dont touch phone once you leave it on charging. Ive stayed at many hotels across the world and its one if the worst service I've ever received. Very unfriendly staff. Made my stay a bit sour and never booking this hotel again. Plenty of better options around. This is NOTa 4 star hotel as they claim to be!!!! Basic facilities are missing!!
