I wonder if it's the front desk situation or a part-time job, why is he speaking like that? If something is wrong, they should explain it to me. They either add 25,000 won or cancel the reservation, and when I ask them to cancel, they say they found out and will cancel, so they tell me to stop. No matter how mean they are, they still have to show at least a minimum of politeness in conversation.

The facilities were okay, but the rooms were smaller and more expensive than expected.

Has the owner changed? He's really unfriendly, and if you ask him anything, he frowns, and when he's around, the living room is always open until 9 o'clock. He just doesn't seem to have the will to do business. I'm not expecting to be treated like a king, just stick to basic manners, but why is this person trying to be abusive towards customers? The room was really dirty, I had to endure it when I tried to leave, but the room was also dirty. Even the plastic on the leather furniture was peeling off and sticking to my clothes and body. It was so annoying. I will never do it again.
