The location is very good. There are many restaurants, shops, and things to see nearby. However, the photos of the accommodation are old. The accommodation is a bit dirty now. The bedding was old. The soundproofing is not good. If you want a pleasant experience in Korea, go somewhere else.

There was some wear and tear on the building and in the room. The location was great - within walking distance to temples, palaces, and other attractions, with plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The floor was covered with artificial grass (at least in the corridor of the 4th floor) - certainly unusual. The shower head was next to the bathroom door, which meant the floor would get all wet every time we showered (not ideal). They only had small towels, which was a bit strange, but we managed. The mini fridge was quite loud for me. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. I slept through the night, but my husband woke up at dawn and could hear couples’ moans and other noises coming from neighbouring rooms.

It looks nice on the outside, but the interior is not that good: yellow bedding, lots of mosquitoes, and a spider in the bathroom. Scratches, dust, and mold all over the creaky bed. Weak water pressure and spinning faucetI felt very unmanaged. Soundproofing is not so goodThe only advantages are the low price, proximity to downtown, and late check-out time (12 o'clock).

< This is my first visit. >I left with a feeling comparable to a 5-star hotel. This is a really good value accommodation in the Seoul area.It seems certain. There are probably people who have never been here, but there are people who have only come once.I don't think there will be any. 🤣If I have the chance next time, I want to come again ^^

Very good value for money. The room was good, particularly well equipped. The manager was helpful.
