Disappointing. The room was not clean and no one cleaned our room in the three days we stayed. We had to check-in from 9:00 p.m. It's true that it said it on the website but, honestly, we didn't pay attention and I've never had to check-in so late in my life. Be careful, because check-in on Sunday is delayed until 11:00 p.m. The only thing notable is the location. I wouldn't go back.

Pretty good location. Close to some awesome restaurants, the river, and all sorts of cool shops, mall, and subway.Room was decently clean, except for around the circular bed. You could see used tissues and trash tucked behind hard to reach places.For English speakers, I didn’t realize the AC unit can only be turned on by a small button on the TV remote.They may have been fixing a water issue, but the hot water went off for a day, and then after they the sink would shoot a blast of water randomly like it was coughing and would make my pants wet.I liked the room, nice bed, pretty comfortable. You can smoke it the rooms— which I didn’t but there wasn’t much of a smell.You can get a late check out for 10,000 per hour. I’ll probably stay in an air bnb next time— but all in all a good stay.

I recently stayed for 4 nights, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. As someone who works in the service industry and is quite picky, I was thoroughly impressed with the reception staff. There were two receptionists, one with glasses and another guy, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.They provided amazing service recovery for a minor concern I had, and their assistance was exceptional throughout my stay. Being a foreigner, their help in booking a taxi to Seoul station and even helping with my bags made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is incredible, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and within walking distance of grocery stores and shops.Overall, the hospitality and service at Circle Hotel are top-notch. Highly recommended!Here some pictures of the rooms!

The water is delicious but the air conditioner cannot be turned on at all. It has been heated for 3 days. There is a lot of fire and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the people next door in Konglongkanglangkanglangkang. The bathtub is not clean. The shower head is small. The water is very small. The room has a strange smell but the location is very good. Fortunately, there are escalators up and down the entrance to the nearest subway station. Simply put, you can just come and drink water. If you don’t read the comments carefully, you will be fooled by me, hahaha.
