The hotel is comfortable to stay in, the room temperature is stable, the air conditioning is stable, and the shower is hotThe water pressure is stable, and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body are providedYou need to bring your own lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush. The service staff was friendly, but only one room card was given at the beginning when I checked in. After I told the service staff that I wanted another room card, the service staff gave me another one. The location of the hotel is also very good. There is GS25 downstairs, and there is a bus stop at the door to take you to Gwangjang Market. It is also very close to the delicious EGGDROP, which can be reached on foot. There is also an airport bus stop nearby, which is good. choose.

The room was beautiful.There are staff who can speak Japanese, so you can rest assured.Remote controls for air conditioners etc. are written in Hangul, so it would be convenient to use a translation tool.

I booked a double room and was given an accessible twin room. The wifi wouldn't work - as the room was right at the end, I assume the signal couldn't reach.

Avoid this hotel!!!The rooms are very old and it feels like no one is cleaning them.There was chewing gum stuck to the bed, and someone's lenses were lying on the head of the bed.The shower is all dirty ๐I previously lived in a Ramada hotel and nothing like this happened ๐

The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, and the room is cozy and practical. However, I am very disappointed with the service provided by the night shift reception staff. The room was not cleaned, and when I returned in the evening and asked the receptionist to replace the towels and refill the water, they told me to come down to the reception to get new towels and water because no one was available to serve at that time. When they handed me the towels and water, their attitude was very unpleasant towards the customer. It is my first time in Seoul, and everything else has been great, but such service left me quite disappointed and felt unprofessional.

โ ๏ธHotel Wi-Fi is deadBe careful if you want to use the hotel's WiFi, as it won't connect at all.โ ๏ธToilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet (toilet bowl), you can now throw it in the trash can next to it.โOther than that, the room was spacious, the refrigerator was extra large, and it was close to the airport bus stop (it's reasonably close to the station), which was great.It was a little annoying that you couldn't check in unless you were the person who made the reservation.No bathtub (shower only)Also, it says that they all have staff who can speak Japanese, but it's probably only one male.The female staff could not speak Japanese, and when I asked for a favor, I was treated coldly ( ; ; )

The rooms were reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Though, when you're trying to make a transaction, just make sure you have Google Translate at the ready. Just in case the concierge present isn't proficient in English. Other than that, the hotel is good!
