The room facilities are a bit old, and some cabinets are a bit sticky, but they are still clean and comfortable.advantage:1. The location is good, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk to X The Sky/Haeundae Beach/Oasis Club, and 3 minutes to walk to the bus station (15 minutes to walk to the MRT station)2. Luggage can be stored3. Housekeeping will come to clean every day4. There is a flush toiletshortcoming:1. There are only two elevators and it takes a long time to wait.2. The height of desks and chairs is not very ergonomic.3. The lamp next to the bed is broken and needs to be adjusted to a certain angle to power on.4. No toothbrush or toothpaste included5. There is a washing machine but no laundry detergent. You need to buy it yourself.6. There are yellow stains on the curtains7. Although the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bottom of the transparent acrylic partition is hollow and water will still spill out. There is no real separation of wet and dry.

I can’t even rate this “fraudulent” hotel. In nov 2023, I made a reservation for 2 rooms. On booking.com, this hotel claims the room can sleep up to 4 people. My group comprise 4Adults and 4 children- on the morning of check in, was informed by hotel each room has 2 single beds. When I inquired, how 4 people will fit, they informed me that 2 person would sleep on the floor! Which hotel will ask its guests to sleep on the floor- I asked to view the room, the front desk (which looks like a post office counter by the way) reluctantly agreed. After viewing the room, I informed the staff it is impossible to sleep 4- I asked if there is a bigger room I can pay for, to allow for 4 people to actually sleep on beds.- was informed no such room and I have to stay in the ones I have booked- I informed the hotel I can’t and I requested for a cancellation.- having to scramble last minute for another hotel, I was shocked to see this hotel proceeded to charge my card- I disputed the charge and up to today, this hotel is not budging. It even retorted my chargeback claims by saying I did not turn up at the property. This is a misrepresentation, similar to how they have misrepresented the rooms.To this hotel- stop your misrepresentation and unethical practices. Shame on you!!P/s- to folks considering hotel in this area, forget this property. There is a Best Western nearby, right across the beach, prices comparable, near to any eateries and shops. Absolutely more convenient than this fraud!

Since there are several hotels in the officetel building, it was a bit confusing at first to find the parking lot, lobby, and guest room building. Check-in time was 3 o'clock, so it was difficult to wait in the narrow lobby. There was a rush at check-in time, and there were only two elevators in Building B, so I was barely able to fit into the fourth one. please refer to this.The 10th floor room was clean and quiet. It is close to the sea and has great accessibility to restaurants, markets, and street performances.

Very good location near to the beach and many leisure and restaurants in Busan.For laundry, you have two clean yourself laundries one is just in front of plea de blanc.Make coins change on many convenience stores (as they will not give you more than 3 000 wons in 6 time 500 wons)It is more a hotel appartment than a hôtel with service sondo not expect to have a breakfast served. You will have to go outside to take it.Note that in all hotels in Korea 3 to 4 stars they will not furnish the toothbrushes and tooth paste so better come with yours.

Nasty room… pubic hairs in the bed, stained pillows, smelly room… very run down 1 star hotel. Would recommend and I really regret staying here. Really bad service.

The room is located in a building. There is a service desk on the first floor. However, we were not familiar with the road and had to go around a lot to find it. The building blocks the view of the sea, but it is very close to the seaside. If you turn a corner, you can see the lively seaside at night. No, there is a convenience store downstairs, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Haeundae Street.

Really good aparthotel and quite affordable.By booking in advance you can get a very good price, for the area in addition to having a really good service.In your room you will have private bathroom, small kitchenette and a washing machine.In addition to having a gym, terrace, a mini market and lots of other things in the building!
