Very dated rooms small and dark. Useless tv on room that only shows a single hotel TV channel. Location is both plus (next to Seoul station) and negative (poor external sound proofing means you can hear passing trains).

All hotel staff are friendly and the service is good. Not as good as 5 stars. Overall, a quiet hotel with a good view. I think it's the best among hotels in a similar price range. The standard room is a bit small and I recommend using a room on a higher level. The breakfast menu is good, the eternity view is nice, and it's quiet so it's great for a quick breakfast. It was nice to have a beer at Eternity in the evening. In particular, you can also order the Chosun Hotel menu. There are many restaurants nearby and it is easy to use public transportation. Close to line 4 and bus stop.

The hotel is just a short walk from Seoul Station, and the walk can actually be made from the underground metro station attached to the train station. The hotel is very nice, with the lobby and restaurant being on the 19th floor. Coin-operated washers and dryers are on the 20th floor, and a change machine is also available. The rooms are small compared to Western standards, but are perfect for the visitor who will be out and about all day. Rooms are very clean and are very comfortable. Rooms are serviced every day, with the exception of some holidays. The hotel does have room service, but that option is very expensive as a medium pizza costs 33,000 KRW. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a CU convenience store just outside of the hotel. If you are in need of your Starbucks fix, there is one about a block away from the hotel, but there are other local cafes and places nearby to indulge.Overall, the hotel and staff are awesome, and a great place to stay!

Hotel is located close to central train station. There is direct access through underground tunnel to subway line, train station and airport express rail.Hotel is located on higher floors of the building offering pretty nice view over Seoul. Rooms are very small and bed is comfortable. The interior design of the rooms is gone past being the freshest one, definitely could use a bit of refurbishment.Staff was helpful and kindly helped with request for organising local transportation.Convenient hotel location is the biggest asset of this place.

Convenient if you are utilizing Seoul Station. Buffet Breakfast was very good. Otherwise I personally found nothing really special about this hotel. Check-in and Check-out experience was good. Nice area to explore North and North East of the hotel for an afternoon evening walk.
