This is the hotel to stay at if you're and IHG member and you love all things in Garosugil. Super convenient for shopping. Also if you're getting some aesthetic treatmenta done, there is no better place. I mean the hospital and pharmacy are literally next door! I was here for work and enjoyed my stay.

This was my first time in Seoul, and we stayed in three different hotels. This was by far my favorite hotel we stayed in! It was very clean. They refill your mini fridge each day with water, juice and beer! That little perk was so cool. They also had laundry you could do yourself in the building which was so helpful. It’s in such a walkable area..so much shopping and cool places to eat! The staff was super friendly! Room service was yummy and not crazy expensive. There was also a little coffee shop next door that was soo great! I had the best experience all around here!

Awesome hotel! Rooms were amazing, bed were so comfy, baths were luxurious... Location was gd, 10mins walk to Myeongdong. There is a twosome cafe in the hotel that opens til quite late n also a GS 25 within the hotel! V nice pool n gym too! Highly recommend!!

I visited during the Chuseok holiday, and it is a hotel with almost the best value for money. There are ⭐️4 locations for domestic people, but there seem to be ⭐️5 locations for international tourists.👍🏻Everything is great, including the facilities, management, restaurant, and location for the price. During my recent stay during the Chuseok holiday, I was able to see the simplicity but attention to detail as traditional Chuseok foods, the biggest holiday in Korea, were prepared, including songpyeon. Being able to open the window is also a huge advantage. Being able to walk to Garosu-gil in just 2 minutes is an advantage for both Koreans and foreigners.👎🏻 It's a bit disappointing that parking costs 15,000 won.⁉️ If you have any more questions about this place or if I'm missing something, please let me know.instagram @hamanism

I wanted to try the Voco as it is new to IHG. I was really disappointed. The hotel itself is very much like a boutique hotel but for the price, it was just not worth it. The free mini-bar was a nice touch but the room itself was impractical. There is no desk to work. There is only a coffee table and a sofa but the electric plug is far away on the wall. It is not possible to do any work like this. The coffee table was low so it just did not work. The walls are paper thin. My room was next to the communal kitchen. Even though there is a sign that says no noise after 10 pm, you can hear everything. I heard everything from the hall and from the street. It was just so noisy. The windows cannot be double pane insulated because you hear everything from the street. The bathroom is so small. There is no way two people can use it at the same time. I had a king room so I would have thought there would have been more space. I paid for a breakfast which was buffet so there was a lot to choice from so that was nice. It would have been nice to get a drink coupon when checking in which is done at many of the IHG properties. The staff were very friendly though. The price was really high for what you get. It is a shame. I will never stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great. Shopping in Sinsa-dong is very convenient.The room was small and there was a problem with the shower. We asked staff to repair it.6-7 minutes walking distance from the subway station
