Scammer alert!!! ( hotel forestar in sinchon)I booked this place because it offered a 2pm check in. I got here and they said my check in was 10pm. I showed the staff the check in time and they said that was for a particular room only and i would have to pay 70,000 more if i wanted to check in. I politely asked them to cancel my reservation then and they refused and said no refund.Bait and switch tatic and extortionOn top of that the bathroom has mold

The price for late check-in on Friday is over 200,000 won.The pitcher was too noisy and not comfortable.I think it would be better to stay in a sauna for one night. No intention to revisit in the future.

5 minutes from Ojuri Station. Exit 3 has an escalator. The room is spacious, and you can control the air conditioner, lighting, Youtube, etc. with the TV remote control. There are two plastic bottles and tea in the refrigerator, and coffee at the cida front desk.It seems that the cleaning of the room will be ordered. There are restaurants nearby, and there is a large mall above the station with a food court on the 4th floor. All of the restaurants look delicious, but ordering is difficult. In Korea, many menus are for two people.

The worst response attitude from the person in charge👎👎👎1. 2 out of 3 towels were torn2. Charger charging terminal failure3. Dryer contact line failure4. There was hair on the phone, bed, bathtub, and floor.5. The window locks are broken and the windows open gradually throughout the night.(In the minus 5 degree weather, the window was gradually opened and the room was very cold, so I caught a cold/I thought the room was cold because there was a strong draft from the head (other) window)I told the above to the person in charge. The previous customer may have broken it.They argue that the problem may have been caused by a customer using the room.★Do staying guests use it right away without cleaning or inspection after use?Towels and chargers were replaced right away.I didn't know that the window was gradually opening due to a broken lock.I inquired about the room inspection status. The person in charge must check whether all windows are closed when using the room,★I said that it was no problem even though the towel was torn and there was hair. The person who claimed to be in chargeHe didn't seem to be in charge, so I asked him for his name and position, and he said he didn't want to tell me, asked why he had to tell me, and told me to resolve it legally. What kind of person in charge treats customers like this...?They asked why I didn't tell them about the broken window right away and said it was the customer's fault. When they said they didn't know it was gradually opening due to a malfunction, they said it was the customer's fault for not checking.I was asked how I knew I caught a cold while staying at Foresta...is this right..?Should the customer first notice that the lock is gradually opening due to a malfunction?Shouldn’t the facility have inspected and repaired it?The person in chargeThere is absolutely no intention to understand or take action regarding the inconveniences customers felt while using the facility. They make excuses and talk as if they are blaming the customer. It was inconvenient to use the facilities,I was more uncomfortable with the response attitude. When I say that it's not a cheap motel...This is a motel.Watching him say this.....Facility inspection is also a problem.I think it would be right to first check the response attitude of the employee who claimed to be in charge.
