When cleaning, my belongings (a large bag containing clothes and underwear) were thrown away without permission. I got permission and searched through the garbage the hotel had put out that day, but I couldn't find anything. The hotel says, ``You should take care of yourself so that you don't throw away your clothes.'' It's really the worst hotel. If you don't want your luggage to be thrown away (or stolen), we recommend not staying overnight.

I am a resident of the United States. I visited Korea 3 weeks ago and used this place for 2 days during my short stay in Seoul, and a small black bug came out of my bed. Without even thinking about it, I caught it and threw it in the toilet, but the same bug came out again. I took a video, covered it with a paper cup, and went down to the front desk to complain. At that time, the person in charge said that there were no other rooms available and offered to make a reservation for us at another hotel, but after a while, he offered us a larger room. However, the temperature in the room was not controlled, so I slept cold the whole time, and when I complained again in the morning, the front desk said that the temperature needed to be raised. Even though it was early spring, it was quite cold at night. I caught a cold and suffered throughout my visit to Korea, and my condition has not been good since I returned to the United States. We recommend that you check the bed before using the room. (The video seems to be repulsive, so I am uploading only one captured photo)

Didn’t have a good impression of this hotel when we first came here, mainly because it is probably a love hotel (which wasn’t advertising on Agoda). The reason we thought so is 1) hourly rates displayed on the counter 2) the room was equipped with computer desktop and mirrors all around (there were mirrors on the ceiling too)So one can imagine our disappointment when we checked in. But we had no choice since the booking was made.Price-wise, we also paid much more on the agoda price than the daily booking price advertised on the counter.Next, the towels provided were only hand towels. No proper bath towels even after asking reception.The room layout is weird too. Toilet is very spacious which resulted in the bedroom area being very squeezy. We barely had space to put our luggages.
