The sheets were full of stains and dirt, and had multiple hairs on them. The air purifier has not been maintained at all and the air is full of dust and smells. The area around the ceiling has not been cleaned and is full of dust. The staff are constantly watching videos and doing nothing.

I stayed one night before leaving Incheon Airport.I was satisfied because it was very close to Seoul Station and the price was cheap.

K Grand Hotel offers a decent room and a very convenient location, especially being so close to Seoul Station. However, there are a few drawbacks that potential guests should be aware of. The hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, there are no lifts. For travellers with luggage, this can be quite inconvenient, especially after a long journey. I wish they had mentioned this on their website, as it may not be ideal for everyone.The bathroom setup is also less than ideal. The toilet is quite small, with the shower connected to the sink’s water outlet. This means that when you shower, the entire bathroom, including the toilet area, gets wet.It’s a decent option if you can manage the stairs and don’t mind the compact bathroom.

Too close to the railroad tracks and thin wall, very noisy, no stairs to 3rd floor room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't provide cool air enough for me.

The best feature would be the location. It’s just a few minutes walk from Seoul Station. It wasn’t so hard to look for it. The room space was just enough. The bathroom was clean and the facility worked well. The common area was spacious. Just be prepared to carry your luggage to the third floor.
