The location and service are very good. There is a store downstairs which is very convenient.I booked a room in the middle of the building for four people. The toilet door is very difficult to push and the stairs are very steep. It is not suitable for the elderly and children.

Stayed in this hotel for 2days under a group trip.
The services is good but then even though they have 3 lifts to cater the whole block but during peak hour, it was a no-no. We waited 30mins just to get to the lobby 🥹

The room, including the bathroom, was clean and spacious. Daily cleaning service was also good. The hotel's staff were friendly and very willing to help with all of our questions and requests. The location is about a 5 min walk to the nearest bus/subway station and relatively quiet. If, however, you're traveling with large luggage, be warned that you cannot bring them on the bus. We didn't try the subway. We had to take a cab from the Busan train station to the hotel because of our luggage, but the fare was very reasonable, around 7.00 USD.

The structure and facilities of the room were not bad and the breakfast ingredients were good, but because it was a weekday, there were many foreign groups visiting so it was a bit noisy.The cleaning condition of the room was also not good. There was food mixed with red pepper powder on the table in the room, and there was a foreign substance that looked like hardened liquid on the bathroom wall. It looked like body wash, but it was very unpleasant.

The management was quite helpfulespecially when we requested to have our rooms close to each other. We booked thru booking and they responded to our question within 1-2days. I guess maybe our visit there wasn’t during peaktime; so they can accommodate us for the rooms.Checking in process was also good. Just present your ID of everyone. There’s parking area included with the rooms. Clean and pretty wellmanaged although you can see some chips andcracks here and there but not too obvious!Sometimes waiting time for lifts can be challenging if you are using at the peaktime such as checkin/out time, dinner time etc etc.Overall, pleasent stay as this was oursecond time staying here. For us, very convenient and spaciouse enough.

When I requested a high floor, I got a corner room on the 15th floor. I checked in, left my luggage in the room, went out, and when I returned to the room for the night, the area around the bathroom and toilet was wet and water was leaking from the top, so I told the front desk and they immediately changed my room. I did. There was a vacant room on the same floor, but I told them I didn't need to change as the view would change, but they changed me to a room on the 18th floor with the same view, which was very helpful for my large pet.The view from the breakfast restaurant was also great.There were many menu items and the abalone porridge was also good.

For this price and this level of composition and scenery, wouldn’t it be a waste of five stars? What was unique about it was that it had a horizontal configuration, unlike other hotels I had previously used. I think the structure overlooking the outside of the window from the bathroom is refreshing and a highlight.

A sudden trip to BusanBecause it was cheap and located in a good location, I made a reservation and visited on the same day.Since we used the car, it was easy to park.Unfortunately, the street food stalls were not open due to the typhoon, but it was convenient to travel to Yeongdo or Nampo-dong.There was a convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient, and the part-time workers were very friendly. Next to Jaro, there was a Starbucks where you could drink coffee while looking at Yeongdo Bridge, which was nice.

The hotel was $40 USD a night which is not bad but I wasn’t too happy with the room compared to when I stayed in Seoul. Pros are that there is a 24/7 store located within the hotel, but they lacked basic amenities like the toothpaste. I had to request an ironing board and iron, the elevators are segregated by even an odd numbers and require your key card to operate and the outlets require a special adapter to use, which I had to borrow and buy addition adapters for. The staff however, was friendly and the view was ok though I would have rather had a room that was higher up to better enjoy the view. Another issue is the distance between the hotel and Haeundae beach, or any beach. You will be in the car for half an hour to an hour to get to the biggest tourist spot in Busan. My recommendation is if your an American or English speaking tourist opt for something closer or you’ll more than likely regret selecting this hotel as car rides add up and can eat up your budget

The deluxe double room is 8 square meters in size but very spacious and comfortable. There is a convenience store next to the entrance on the first floor of the lobby, and it is less than 10 minutes away from Lotte Supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping. You can see a little bit of the sea during the day. In this way, a four-person room costs NT$856 per person per night.

It is conveniently located next to the Nampo subway station and the famous scenic spot Yeongdo Bridge. It is very convenient to travel to various attractions in Busan by subway or bus. It is opposite the police station and is relatively safe. After crossing the bridge, you can go shopping at Lotte Department Store, supermarkets, and Nampo business district! The four-person connecting room is medium-sized and suitable for families. It has just enough space and faces the harbor view. Behind the hotel, you can take a walk to the characteristic carriage tent snack area next to the harbor. There are also many restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket on the first floor downstairs, which is very convenient!On the first day we checked in, we found that the toilet was out of order and could not be used. They came to repair it immediately and replaced it with a new one for us to use! The service is not bad! There are no toothbrush supplies provided in the room, but there is a vending machine in the lobby on the first floor for purchase.Room cleanliness is okay! However, it is recommended that towels with yellow stains or small holes should be discarded and not used to avoid poor appearance.The counter service staff can all communicate smoothly in English. The friendliness depends on who you meet...Although there are other hotels in the same building that share the elevator, the elevators are used on separate floors, so there is no special long wait when entering and exiting.There are many bus lines in Busan and they are punctual. When staying here, it is highly recommended to take the bus from Yeongdo Police Station opposite to Haeundae or Lotte Land. Although you may need to transfer, you can take the bus to travel across the island. Passing Gwangan Bridge is a very special experience!

The hotel is in a good location but the rooms and toilets were in a deplorable state when we arrived. Hair and fur were present there. We had to vacuum it ourselves. We had a problem getting our room back where we were asked to wait until 5 p.m. for an air conditioning problem but we got an uncleaned room for which we were told it would be cleaned the next day because it was not There were no more room staff.The elevator was very long.

I am satisfied with the room service for the price. However, parking is inconvenient. SUVs are especially parked outside, so it is inconvenient if you go late. But they let you park anyway... There is a bit of a wait for the elevator when checking out.
