The room was disgusting. There were used condoms, unknown hairs on the bed, and black spots on the towels. They also refused to allow cancellations and refunds. Later I found out that this is often the case in this hotel. I hope you will choose carefully in the future!

The room is super dirty! None of it has been sorted out! Even the towels are...horrendous! Poor attitude of service staffSo bad...This bed is so dirty that I dare not lie down on it!Completely uninhabitable…Don't come! 😡😡😡😡😡😡Booked for four nights.. still no refund! Not even a sense of shame! Not to mention trying to improve! I really want to appeal to everyone not to stay hereSo bad! So bad! So bad!

Terrible hotelBooked for four nights, the room was not tidied at all, there were hairs on the bed, and there were used condoms next to the bed, but they were useless...the towels were all dirty, I doubt they had been replaced or just folded again !I wouldn't dare go to bed in a room like this!The operator still refused to admit their mistake and was unwilling to refund the fees for the other three nights!Terrible hotel! People who want to book should think carefully!

Service is kind although their English is almost non existent. Location is very convenient from major restaurants, subway station and a huge mall. If you’re looking to stay for cheap somewhere I would recommend a lot.
