A good amount of floor space and very convenient to Busan station. The amenities were good. The bathroom could use some work as the water gets everywhere when you shower.

Best location in the city. Right next to Busan station and super close to the ferry if you are going to Fukuoka, Japan. (Hakata).Self check-in was very easy. Owners seemed very friendly and professional when communicating via WhatsApp.Room was very clean and spacious. Very quiet too. I only saw a few other people during my 5 night stay. If you’re looking for a social atmosphere, this is not the place for you. I wanted peace & no parties so it was PERFECT!Excellent wifi. Lots of hot water. AC worked great!Nice little lounge area with lots of coffee, tea, sweet treats, and filtered water.But…I wish there was a sheet on top of the mattress cover and some padding on the bed. You could unfortunately feel the coils sticking right out of the mattress and I did not sleep well at all. Painful. Ouch!A security bolt for the inside of the room would have been nice for extra peace of mind. Korea is quite safe of course, but absolutely anyone can access the guest floors from the street or the bar/restaurant below.

There was a washing machine, refrigerator, and TV in the room, and it was about 2,000 yen per night, so I think it's very good for consecutive nights! Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available on the 5th floor. Apparently there is also a clothesline, but there was only one, so it was in use. If it's sunny, you can dry it on the rooftop. I bought some mosquito repellent spray at the supermarket because the reviews said there were a lot of mosquitoes, but it was in the drawer under the TV! There is also a hair dryer in the room.★ Negative pointsThere is no elevatorI thought there would be breakfast, but there wasn't.Please note that the shower only provides hot water for 15 minutes.The inside of the washing machine smells so badI have to ask for directions such as where to find detergent.I thought there was a dryer, but there wasn't.★Good pointsLINE replies are fastthe refrigerator in the room is bigThe rooftop looks beautiful when it's sunnyFree laundryVery close to the station!It's unmanned so don't be nervous at the reception (lol)The futon is beautiful

The building is too old. It looks more than 40 years old and needs remodeling.There was a lot of mold in the bathroom and it was very old overall. Aside from being old, mold in the bathroom can be cleaned with bleach... The locker was a bit broken and I was a bit scared to sleep. The refrigerator was so loud and the room was humid that it felt like sleeping in a semi-basement even though it was on the 5th floor. The flooring is a bit...ㅜㅜ The blankets are tattered as well. They didn't even notify me of the name change...I found out when I went there.
