It was a hotel I had always wanted to visit at least once because the location was so good. However, the price is not cheap compared to other hotels, and we always travel with 3 people and there are no such rooms, so we just went to another hotel. However, this time I had to go to Seoul in a hurry, and all the other hotels had no rooms, and the rooms that were available all had double beds, so I thought I would try sleeping in a novel at this point, so I took the room. But I had no idea I would be so disappointed.First of all, a broken sink. The sink drain hole was stuck loosely. The bathtub is covered in grime.I've never seen a hotel with a shower head that hung that low in my life. Also, the soundproofing is not at all good, so you can hear the sound of people walking and chairs being pulled at 2-3 in the morning. The stool had to be washed at some point, so it couldn't have been that dirty. Not only is the shower location strange, but the hot and cold water must be turned on properly. If it is slightly off, you can experience a cold shower that kills your skin.Everyone said the room condition was not good, but I had no idea it was this bad.I will never use it again. The only good thing is that it is 5 minutes away from Nambu Terminal.I'll just use another place. This place is really bad.The toilet flushing was also malfunctioning, so I couldn't press the toilet button at all and I could barely press the urinating button.Really, this was the worst of the worst.

I go to Seoul every month. I made a reservation here for the first time because my usual hotel was fully booked. No Japanese is spoken at this hotel. I went to the countryside for one night on Wednesday and returned on Saturday for another two nights. My impression when I entered the room on Wednesday was that this was a love hotel. Then, I returned on Saturday evening (I paid 26,000 yen per night on that day) and when I went into my room, I was very tired and found a used condom on the floor. I called the front desk and asked them to come right away, but they never came. When I called again and said, ``Please have the person in charge come,'' a young male staff member came into the room, and I pointed to him and said, ``Look at this.''To my surprise, the man asked me what time I checked in and if I was alone. Although I was stunned, I answered the question, but the male staff member called the front desk and said, ``I'll find out if there's another room.'' After checking, I said, ``We have a room, so please change.''I have no words of apology so far. I asked him to give me his business card, but he didn't.Then, around 6 o'clock the next day, when I returned to my room tired, the room was in the same condition I left it in the morning, and I hadn't cleaned it or changed the towels❗️I called the front desk again, but all they said was "sorry." When I told her to just bring a towel, the room attendant, Ajuma, came in and said, ``Annyong.'' I said in English, ``Annyong, right?'' but she looked like she didn't know. I told her in Korean, ``First of all, please apologize,'' but she didn't say it. After I kept saying, ``Please apologize,'' he finally looked down and said in a small voice, ``I'm sorry.''When I checked out the next day, the front desk staff just took my room key and didn't say anything. This stay will be one you will never forget.
