Very rude man and not young woman at the front desk. Reception is the face of the place, why should anyone spend money on such a beautiful design and put those unprofessional people meeting the guests. We came for 3 nights to stay at two rooms, a party of four. After the plane and metro we were pronounced “to pay immediately” with no possibility to pay in other currency or pay later in two hours . My husband went to the bank and we with kids were sitting for one hour (!) waiting for him instead of be given a room. I cannot believe it. Exactly far from European service. To cover all that in a very disrespectful form. You are a Staff - speak well to people!

My mother-in-law and friend from Japan were coming, so I had to make a reservation close to my house, so I made a reservation for two days (24.5.31~6.1) The female staff at Info was friendly, but the bulky male staff was very unpleasant and unfriendly. . Since the two elderly people have iPhones, can I borrow an iPhone charger? I politely said, “There is one in each room,” and “I won’t rent it to you if it’s not broken.” So I said, “Excuse me, I’ll just borrow one. “I will write it and bring it back to you right away.” I said, and the answer I got back was that the charger was thrown and I picked it up when it fell. I stared at him blankly, but he didn't make eye contact and was just staring at the monitor in front of him. I wanted to talk again, but I thought I would end up like him, so I stopped and went back. I left the charger in the room and came back down to leave the hotel, but he didn't even look at me. I went in early in the morning to take the elderly, but they were sleeping on the table. It's very unpleasant and dirty. I hope those people don't work in service jobs.
