I would say that the location and the room were quite good. However, according to the service, the receptionist was pretty bad. I would conclude that we cannot get ideal service compared the price we pay. Additionally, would recommend them to respect older people and help them to carry out their luggages.

The desk staff is rude to foreigners. Most importantly, the hotel did not honor my paid-in-advance booking through a third party. That's not an acceptable business practice.

We stayed in a suite for 2 adults. It was a really comfortable, clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment. The air conditioning was great. It kept the apartment cool throughout the stay. Noise insulation was perfect. We didn't hear any noise from the adjacent units. The location was great. Easily assessable by 6013 airport limo bus and situated close to line 2 and line 7 metro station. The lotte departmental store, e-mart supermarket & star city is just located adjacent to the apartment. There are lots of eateries and cafe nearby. I prefer this location which is quieter than the bustling, packed and noisy city center area. We stayed for a week and each day, we looked forward to come back to the apartment for a good night rest.

We stayed at the Pentaz for 19 days and I think it's a great value because of the large amount of space that you get for the price. However, it's far from perfect and shouldn't be described as a 5 star hotel. It's a good hotel overall, but not one that really handles details well. I think it was built about a decade ago and definitely feels like it was cutting edge when it was built, but hasn't necessarily aged well. There are many little problems like using the key fob to get to your floor on the elevator, which doesn't work that well, or the state of the elevators that can take a long time to use.The location is okay, mostly because it's close to a train station, but for tourists, it's definitely not ideal because it's not necessarily close to many of the tourist attractions and the local area isn't as easily accessible to people who don't understand Korean. However, it is convenient that there is a department store next door along with the Star City Mall. There are a lot of food options. Not to mention that Starbucks and other cafes adjacent to the lobby.Overall, I might consider staying there again because of the large amount of space, but will also consider alternatives in other locations.

The rooms were big enough to accomdate over 10 people for a gathering. Kitchen units enabled guests to prepare meals and stocked with a small number of plates and utensils. However the hotel does "nickel and dime" the guests with feed for tooth brushes, toothpaste, blankets etc. The location is ideal. Located steps away from the No. 2 line and many buses. The neighborhood has many ships and restaurants and is located next to a large Lotte shopping mall.
