This place offers a great value for money with a relaxing atmosphere. The room is very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and polite, which enhances the overall experience. A nice touch is the free coffee, as well as the complimentary banana and bread served every morning. It’s a simple but thoughtful way to start the day. Would recommend for a budget-friendly, laid-back stay!

We're very happy we chose this cozy hotel for our stay in Chiang Mai! The staff at the reception is incredibly friendly and professional, and they were always more than happy to attend to all our needs. The room was exactly how we expected it from pictures and it was very clean and comfy. They even offered us a small breakfast every day with toast and muffins, included in the price of the room. We would definitely recommend this to a friend :)

Friendly lady reception and male security. Good location nearby my favourite Greek restaurant. Comfortable mattress.Not so comfortable pillow. Also floors are really slippery in the room and bathroom which can be a hazard. (Some kind of shiny coating)Didn't see any snacks they mentioned in the dining room. perhaps I have to request it? (Crackers and bananas)

Excellent hotel with a strategic location in the center of Chiang Mai! Great for visiting the temples and extraordinary places of this wonderful city. Room a little small but equipped with everything, comfortable bed and bathroom with large shower.Recommended for price quality and for a short stay.Furthermore, the staff is very kind and helped us organize the excursions.

The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of Chiang Mai. The hotel is well maintained (considering that we are in a rural area) and it is very quiet. Friendly staff. The excursion they have available to visit the Doi Inthanon natural park is very worth it. The price per night very cheap.

Located on a quiet street, but walking distance to all the noisy streets, wats, restaurants, and spas. Close to a 7-11 and Thai ma&pa restaurants. The complementary breakfast is minimal but sufficient to get you own your way. Will return.

Slippers, toothbrushing tools, etc. were not provided.When I asked for a toothbrush with toothpaste, I was given only that and no indoor amenities, so I felt uncomfortable. There was a window, but there was no mosquito net, so I couldn't open it to ventilate, and the air conditioner made too much noise even when I turned it on low while I was sleeping. No soundproofing at all. Service and response were very poor.

The hotel is ok, we expected something more given the price paid. The location is good because you immediately get to the main road.The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works very well, the Wi-Fi does its job well. USB ports on the wall for charging devices. There is no wardrobe, the shower water is too weak and the mixing is poor.The staff were very kind and friendly.

The location is amazing! Directly in the old city of Chiang Mai.The service is well organized, helpful and very friendly!The rooms are simple but clean and comfy!We also came back a second time after a short trip to Chiang rai and it felt like coming home!Highly recommend!

A perfect hotel, modern and clean, excellent service, kind and helpful staff, the mattress was soft and pleasant, the pillows were comfortable, the shower room is spacious, great return with a large window. There is a hot and cold drink in the morning, toast cookies, fruit, there is a refrigerator for sleeping for a fee Motorcycle rental and parking.We are located in a small and quiet street, there is a 7/11 on the next street, there is a self-service laundromat, close to all the markets within walking distance.We will definitely come back here. Thanks to the team for the service and kindness.

It is a pleasure to write this review of the Wing Boutique in beautiful Chang Mai, especially with the wonderful story at the end of my review.My son and I had a room each for 12 nights at the Wing while we trained Muay Thai at Bear Fight Club.First of all, the area is PERFECT. Close to absolutely everything but located down a quiet, super safe driveway that keeps the rooms and ambiance perfect for quiet evenings and relaxation. Also, walking distance to a TON of activities and sights.The rooms were super clean, bright and modern. The staff were extremely polite, eager to help and just had a fantastic positive energy throughout our almost 2 week stay. If we need services or tours they gladly booked them but there was also zero pressure from the staff whatsoever to use them for booking activities. They just wanted to help.Finally, I left my expensive Sony headphones in the cab at the airport. The staff at the Wing Boutique emailed my wife, got my forwarding hotel in Bangkok and the headphones arrived THE VERY NEXT MORNING. Unbelievable. Thank you Wing Boutique!! We will be back. The wing is located in old town so it close to everything. Loved the reception attention and kindness.Night market is very close and a must to see!. I could recommend the wing for your stay in Chiang mai. Also there is laundry coin self service very near, so restaurants and coffee shop.See you next time!
