Very convenient location for transportation and restaurants. The reception staff are friendly and provide information if necessary. However, I can't give more than one star given the filth of the room.Nests of dust are lodged under the beds, mold in the bathroom (joints, under the sink...), the walls near the bathtub are greasy. A foul odor emanates from the pipes. The room is still spacious and the sheets changed every day as well as towels on request at reception.

Leaving a review here since Agoda refused to publish mine.Biggest mistake prior to booking this hotel was not checking the Google Reviews and the reviews were right, rooms were dirty, mouldy and they all don’t look like the official photos at all.Biggest red flag when checking in was that we had to collect the towels from the front desk (why would the room not already have towels?). Upon entering the room, we immediately knew why. The rooms assigned to us probably haven’t had any guests stayed in for quite a period of time as they were extremely dusty and mouldy. You could feel the dust on the bottom of your feet when walking barefooted. There were strands of hair around the sink which kinds of reflect the cleanliness. One of the rooms we were given was the last and corner room and when the night came, we couldn’t sleep throughout the night because the moment we closed our eyes, we heard sounds. If you know, you know. The next morning we requested to check out and be refunded for the rest of the nights but of course to no avail. Tried reaching out to Agoda but as usual, they will not help the guests at all. The hotel staff claimed that the moulds on the walls and tiles were natural fluorescents and refused any refund. Out of options, we agreed to have a change of rooms. We were moved to another level and the rooms were much cleaner and liveable condition. Funny thing was housekeeping tidied the room but didn’t replace the used towels and we had to bring it down to the front desk to change for fresh towels.Given the overall experience, I would definitely not stay in this hotel ever again and do not recommend either. Picked this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. And be warned, the neighbouring streets turns into sleazy alleys at night.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as I had an appointment at the embassy. I would expect a hotel to not have any mold. The service was just as any hotel, nothing extraordinary. There's nothing bad there. The location was easy to get to and convenient, but nothing interesting near the area no no pretty views. There are many old people around the location and many "dirty" kareokee places, if you know what I mean. This isn't a party area. I went here out of convenience since it's near the station and embassy. I wish I had taken a photo of the shower head as it upset me greatly.

This hotel is garbage, zero cleanliness, very filthy, the sheets are covered in dust, I don't know how you clean them. The walls are also very old and completely different from the photos on the Internet. If you cannot guarantee the quality of your hotel, please don't work in the hotel industry. Poor service, poor attitude, and the location is actually not that convenient. Nothing to praise.

Nice and clean room. The location is perfect if you want to discover many different places in Seoul, especially the cultural places. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me to book a day trip. In the lobby you can get free coffee and water bottles.
