Very good!They can speak Japanese, and the concierge can even make restaurant reservations for you!It's beautiful!I like the hardness of the bed, neither too soft nor too hard!There is a bathtub, so you can soak up some hot water and soothe your tiredness from a day of walking around!It's along the main road, so if you need an Uber, the driver will probably be there easily!There is a bar-like shop called [Otter] nearby.I highly recommend this restaurant as it serves delicious food!

Within walking distance of Myeong-dong, Namdaemun, and Seoul Station (although it's a bit of a walk). This hotel is very easily accessible.It was my first time staying at a Japanese hotel overseas, so I was impressed by how convenient it was.All of the staff members who responded spoke perfect Japanese.When I asked about recommended restaurants nearby, she explained them to me with landmarks on a map, which was very helpful. I would like to use it again.Apparently, delivery service is not possible without a Korean phone number.As a little information,Pajamas...One-piece type, unisex.In winter, it is recommended to bring your own pants.Hair dryer...Enough airflow, not the curly type.Bath salts…provided as amenities.Adjust the air conditioner and lighting by yourself using the small LCD screen on the wall next to your bed.Plastic bottles...2 bottles of 500ml, replenished daily.

Stayed there for 3 nights and the location is excellent, a 7 minute walk from the city hall station. What impressed me the most is the staff, when I first arrived the reception was fluent in English and always have a smile on their faces, I would like to give a special mention to miss Suyeon Choi. Arriving at the airport only did I realise that I left cash and important documentations in the safe. Miss Choi handled the situation very professionally and sent the valuables to my hotel in Busan. I received it without anything missing, so gracery hotel busan is my go to hotel when I visit Seoul from now on.
