had an amazing stay!! the hotel is so well priced and frankly lovely and very clean ! they have dyson hair dryers in the rooms, and we went into a friend’s hotel room at the sofitel and were shocked to find they room had the exact same layout !!! but hotel28 way more affordable! also it has DTF in the building which i feel like should be advertised more and it’s right across the street from abijou clinic which is amazing if ur doing beauty tourism! u can just run right across the street after “home” and eat dumplings in bed!! best set up ever

Perfect location, impeccable services and amenities made it a delightful place to stay for a trip to Seoul. Our rooms were quiet with high end purifiers in the room and hallways. The room had extra items in it such as a commercial grade hair dryer and coffee maker. The temperature of the room even during the hot days was nice. What made this also special was the daily tidy of the room and refreshing of a complimentary mini fridge so we always had fresh beverages to start our tour day. While on a busy street, we felt completely safe and it was convenient for everything and close to transportation hubs. The restaurant is not open yet, but we had a choice of breakfast each day (for an added fee) and it was delivered at a time per our request. The front desk and service staff spoke English (a big bonus when so many in the country do not). Oh, and I can't forget the bathroom with it's heated bidet toilet and rain shower features. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay with value added.

Amazing location in the middle of Myeongdong, walking distance to all restaurants, shops and bus stops.Room was very clean and pleasant, free refillable minibar alcohol included. They provided a Dyson hairdryer w 3 attachements, and the place had a beautiful cinema-themed decor. Staff were attentive and nice. Bring your toothbrush tho, they charge 1000 won for a dental kit.Conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion were all provided, along w vanity kit, shower cap etc.Pleasant stay, would come again.

My fourth time in Seoul and second time coming to Hotel28 and I am not gonna change. It’s the best combination of luxury, cuteness, amazing staff and location. It’s brand new clean and beautiful. Location perfect for tourism and shopping. Thanks Sugar Jinny Sam Nancy and Sarah ! You are amazing

Amazing service! The staff is super kind and thoughtful (shout out to Patrick) and the rooms are nicely designed. Dyson hairdryer, really comfortable king-sized bed, and spacious bathtub were all great.Prime location that's central to lots of shopping + street food. The subway is also close (5 minute walk) so you can get to other neighborhoods quickly.The cafe downstairs called Cream Chic is really cute and has delicious drinks and pastries. You also get a 10-15% discount from Hotel 28 on many places like Din Tai Fung, Cream Chic, as well as several shops. Would stay here again!

Good hotel with great breakfast. A bit expensive but you pay for the location as it is close to the night market, substations. The staffs are extremely professional with good English speaking.Coin Laundry is on the top floor. Gym is way too small but i don't think you need it since there are a lot of walking

Very glad to have chosen this boutique hotel among so many in Myeongdong. . Reception staff all very friendly & helpful. Shout out to Amanda, Carol ( both trainees yet they handled our enquiries very well & happy to help us with navigation , restuarant reservations etc . The location couldn’t be better .. opposite a row of fried chicken stores , main stretch of street food & shopping. Great coffee at Cream Chic downstairs & subway just 6 min walk . Expectedly will be a bit noisy but we found it quiet on 5 flr facing the eateries. Earplugs not needed.. comfortable bed & clean etc.

Amazing stay at Hotel28. Been wanting to stay here and now I get why it’s so popular. My group of 7 means it was always hard to get taxis and the team at reception and the ground floor were so helpful. The rooms are well equipped. Shower pressure is great. It’s also impt to know that some rooms have bathrooms that are covered with curtains so it may be awkward if you’re rooming with a friend. Location is amazing but difficult to get cars in unless you walk out just a little. Otherwise, perfect experience. Will stay again.

This hotel is really in the heart of nyeongdong. Amazing shopping and good restaurants right below it. The service is good and they understand English very well. The room (and washroom) are very comfortable. The mini bar is well stocked and complimentary like in many other decent places in Korea! Beds are super comfy.

A truly beautiful hotel, the cinematic theme is both fun and classy. Staff could not be more helpful, and the location is great with Myongdeong food and shopping all around. The minibar is modest but free and refilled. Would recommend highly for singles or couples

Perfect when visiting Seoul! The location is amazing, just a few steps away from all the action of Myeongdong, but rooms are still quiet, spacious, and clean! We loved the little touches like the snack bag (for their anniversary), popcorn and free minibar.

I totally recommend this place if you like food places ans a little bit of shopping. The hotel location and structure are really nice. All the technology and confort available! The service I would say just OK since everybody is helpful. But a plus+ to the sweety French trainee lady Amanda, super frendly, wich was very helpful and nice with us! She is a gem and helped us a lot!

Excellent location, right in the Myeongdong shopping district. Also very close to Airport bus stop (6015), so transport to and from the airport is convenient. Despite its location, the room (we stayed on 5F) wasn't that noisy if the window is closed.Rooms are clean. Hotel is in beautiful classical theater theme (a bit dark). Mini-bar is complementary! (small fridge though). Staff is helpful and most are with great service minds.The only downside is the breakfast buffet, not rich and not very good quality. However, many other food options are just a stone thrown away.
