The staff was absolutely excellent.They graciously allowed me early check in and helped me with my bags etc.Checking in and out was a seamless experience.The hotel is definitely instaworthy - the pool, albiet tiny is right at the hotel lobby and that's also where you would eat breakfast. Its very relaxing with a small bar in the corner.It feels homey and safe.Also loved how my room looks very aesthetic however not functional in surprisingly obvious ways.The cupboard in the room I was staying in was non existent which was fine for me as I stayed only one night but would have been problematic otherwise.The shower area had no screen and the water flooded out and because of how the floor was angled the water ran towards my bed !Also the walls were incredibly thin and I could hear my neighbors very clearly one who seemed to be having an argument with their partner which woke me up a few times in the night.Definitely not friendly for people with mobility issues / elderly.

Peaceful stay, as I had to spend the day working I used their cafe with the pool and it was perfect. Now I want to have an office like that :)

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here! This hotel is super cute and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent and puts you very close in town, making so many things within walking distance. The next time I come back, I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel has a good ambiance, quiet, suitable for relaxing. The rooms are clean and have complete amenities. Even though Chiang Mai has PM2.5 dust these days, the hotel has air purifiers in the rooms. There isa lounge for sitting and reading. The swimming pool is open for use until 9:00 p.m. The water in the pool is cool and refreshing. Breakfast will be served as a set. The breakfast here is very delicious, served with fresh coffee. The staff are friendly and giving very nice service. Overall, I like the accommodation here. If I have a chance, I will come back again.

Do not go to the hotel, the slightest thing is charged without warning the customer..To flee! The water in the pool is -10° so it is impossible to swim and the bar closes at 4 p.m.

Interesting, modern, minimalistic design. The dining area (with heated pool and a jungle wall) is a neat feature.Many rooms have a glass shaft, going up all three floors, in which plants grow.There only is an electrical outlet on one side of the bed. (Weird, like many other hotel rooms.) Why not on both sides? Everyone has things to charge over night.I asked for an extension cord which they let me borrow. Much appreciated.There is space under the bed to slide in your suitcases. Very good!!! (Again a feature that many hotel rooms neglect.)Quiet location. No loud music all night from neighboring resorts/restaurants; and little noise from the street. Nice.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I couldn't go wrong in choosing this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly that I was surprised, especially Khun Pailin. Her service was very impressive and she provided excellent information about the hotel and room I was staying in. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this hotel will meet your needs quite well. And I like sitting and looking at the view of the garden that the hotel has arranged in front of the balcony of the room, which no matter which corner of the hotel you stay, you will see the view. All the same That is the garden view that was arranged in an interesting way. I promise that next time I will come back and stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff was very helpful! The location was across the river, but it was quiet and nice. Breakfast was beautiful and fresh. The air comfortable, very clean & tidy Hotel.

I must commend the excellent service provided by the staff—they were not only friendly but also extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's pool is truly incredible, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience.On the downside, the rooms lacked comfort, and additional lighting in the evening would have greatly improved the ambiance. Plugs next to the bed would also be a convenient addition. Despite these points, the exceptional service and the mesmerizing pool make this hotel a noteworthy choice.
