We book this hotel for September 12-18, 2024. While i am in the airport waiting for my flight my wife told me the booking was cancelled by me. In my surprise i double check it and yes it was cancelled by the hotel itself. …

I made a reservation here with cash payment and although it was not prepaid, my reservation was canceled because I did not enter my card information. If there was no prepayment, why did you send me a message to update my card information? I also sent my e-mail and phone number. I was going to make a 5-day trip to Korea, the airport staff did not let me leave the airport using this as an excuse, I do not want to go back immediately and my money will be wasted, for these reasons I was stuck at the airport, supposedly I was going to go to Japan from here, I do not know what to do,.. I advise other friends not to make a reservation that says no prepayment, I was in a difficult situation, do not be stuck.

What a pleasant surprise. Nice, clean and no fuss hotel. There is an iron and ironing board outside the rooms and water dispenser on the ground floor. The best thing is that they have a washing machine on the rooftop and can be used for free. Very good location also, near Metro station and Gwanjang Market. Totally recommended.
