Strategic location in the middle of the city, close to places to eat, the town square, the beach is also close, cheap for sales class like me but the reception is not responsive if you RSV via WA and come directly and will definitely say it's always full. For example, if it's full, you should say on WA/telephone, don't just stay silent and there's no answer. Please improve the receptionist communication

Very uncomfortable, the room was dirty, the toilet, shower was broken, the place for defecation was broken, the toilet water entered the room, the AC was broken, the towels had holes in them, the sheets had holes in them, not worth it for the price, because in Jogja the price was also cheaper but satisfied, the room was clean, the bed was clean there is a bed cover instead, the toilet smells good

Present at this hotel during seminar events. Facilities are incomplete. The speaker's table at the front was not covered with a tablecloth and was arranged like an official event. The tables and chairs are still dusty. The sitting room near the reception also looks less clean. Not beautiful.

Plus: close to the main square, lots of snacks around the hotel, the building has just been renovated, the heater is on, the mattress is big, the key is up to sophisticated hotel standards.Minuses: no breakfast, no table or vanity mirror, the sheets have lots of holes, the blanket is thin and tattered, the pillows are out of shape and smell like they haven't been replaced for decades, the floor is slippery and dirty (the cleaning service can't mop it)
