Very annoying at night at less than 12. Booking via application arrived at the location at 1 o'clock, the gate was closed, there was a bell on the gate, pressed repeatedly, no response and no one was on duty, no one could be contacted on the telephone. So what if it's like this, what do we think we've paid for the stay? Will it be reversed?

Rooms & bathrooms are quite good. Aminitis there is only soap, the spring bed is old so it makes a sound when the body moves on it 🥲... OK

I would like to convey a little more regarding the service from Reddoorz Near Lotte Mart Maguwo, I have called since yesterday to the telephone number listed but there was no response, just wanting to check was made difficult, and ended up being canceled by the hotel. without any confirmation to me, then can the funds be returned? Or what is the hotel's responsibility for this treatment? Thank you, please answer

Difficulty checking in, there was no one at the location. From 11pm until early morning at 4am we were waiting, there were no officers including security, we asked other visitors... they had been there for 4 days, at the reception desk there was also a laptop just lying there with several pending orders, and it was very easy outsiders come into the room without a guard... please improve the service again, hopefully we can get a refund

This is one room down the hall 1...Many rooms available....Actually, there was also a table provided but there was a mess of photos of my stuff hahahaThe table is quite big + there are lots of drawers for those who want to stay a while to store things, quite a lot of space...AC, shower+bathtub are also okThere's a TV but I don't know if I can't find out what happens so there's no network.The important thing is free wifi, don't be shy about asking the receptionist...Motorbike parking is on the right from the entranceCar parking is also available...

As long as my family and I stayed there, I think the service was quite ok. It's just sad that my parents' room has a water heater that doesn't work and the AC in their room doesn't work well (not cold enough). If possible, please check the service per room before the customer occupies it so that the customer is comfortable staying there. Oh yes, I think the location is quite strategic, plus before entering the alley, there is a sign indicating the location there. But when my family and I went there it was at night, so the sign wasn't really visible. Even then we almost missed the alley. Yes, if it wasn't for Google to show us the real direction, maybe we would have gone too far hehehe😅. Hopefully the owner has a creative idea to make the sign look good in the eyes of potential visitors. Thank you🙂🙏
