Under construction, the old rooms are still not good because the AC is not cold. With a decent price, in my opinion, it doesn't match the quality.

The place is not clean. The bathroom has a lot of crust, the towels are black and not suitable for use, the double bed feels like a single bed, the mattress is small, 2 mattresses put together make a single bed in other hotels 😄. Lack of brush + toothpaste,Not everyone stays in a hotel prepared. So if possible soap, shampoo, brush, toothpaste, comb are added to the facilities, because at that price the bottles outside are good and the facilities are okay. Plus it's warm water. There are clothes hangers but no hangers provided🤦🏼♀️

The location is hard to find, the directions back and forth are not clear, the AC isn't cold, it's stuffy, the hotel staff isn't there, the faucet is broken and doesn't match the photo, it's dirty, there are cockroaches....it's scary

It's really bad, the air conditioner isn't cold, it makes the sumuk really stuffy, ants are everywhere, it's like sleeping in the garden, the TV is off, the room is dirty, the intention is to rest but I can't do it at all, I'm paying, bro, please give me the appropriate facilities, how come it's really You really underestimate the customers, you just give rooms like that to customers, it's really bad. There's no need to open a hotel if you don't want to.

Order via Traveloka and the price I ordered + discount so the room price is around 167k for 2 people. I've ordered the non-smoking room & 1 large bed option because I'm with my husband. The room seems to be a non-smoking room because it doesn't smell of cigarette smoke, but the mattress turns out to be 2 single beds. The room was very stuffy if the AC wasn't turned on, but because my husband and I were already cold throughout the journey from Jakarta to Purwokerto, the AC actually made our bodies even more uncomfortable when we woke up in the morning. The mattress is quite odorless but the pillow I got still smells of other people's sweat so while I'm using it I cover it with cloth again. The bathroom smelled really bad and was very dirty on the drainage side, the walls were covered in yellowish moss.Each unit is given 2 towels + 2 medium sized bottles of drinking water. And in terms of cleanliness, towels are 11:12 with blankets; not very clean but fortunately it doesn't smell musty/sour but also doesn't have any fragrant fragrance. My first time staying at a hotel and I was not very comfortable occupying a room in this hotel.But I really like the service from all the employees because they are all friendly and agile in carrying out requests from me and in greeting all customers.

The first time I booked this hotel because I was interested in having a bathtub, it turned out that after I asked, it turned out that all the rooms had broken bathtubs. As a result, I used a normal room.The hotel staff forgot that I ordered superior and I had to move my own things to the superior room myself.After entering my room, I was presented with an "Old Hotel" style feel with "Old Hotel" style decor and facilities. Then I started checking some of the furniture, it turned out it was starting to wear out and it was time to replace it.The bathroom seemed dirty, even the sink didn't work and the shower holder was broken. The AC is too noisy and it looks like it's time to repair it. TV facilities are also less than satisfactory because the antenna makes the image on the TV less clear. WiFi also doesn't reach the room (only 1 bar).It wasn't finished yet, there were lots of holes in the sheets and blankets due to exposure to cigarettes and the most unlucky thing was there were 2 cockroaches in my room which I had to exterminate for comfort.Conclusion:Superior Room with a price of 213 thousand (Weekend Price) is only able to provide rooms that are not in the building. Apart from this, there is nothing else that is "worth it"Hopefully the unpleasant things above can be input for the Hotel 🙏

Playing at Tiara Studio, the guard even said "b****** instead of earlier" because he didn't listen twice when I asked for a piano. The studio guard is very unfriendly 👎
