facilities at inappropriate prices. At an affordable price you can get a private room, swimming pool, fast WiFi, free kitchen, bathtub and shower with warm water, large parking area, and there is also a badminton and ping pong court. 1 single room contains shelves, wardrobe, TV, fan, towels, blankets and clothes hangers. The minus is that you have to bring your own toiletries. highly recommend👍

6.8/10 but no need to complain because the price is <150-200, in the application you can even get a price of 120++, with that price the facilities you get:(+)• The room is clean & fragrant, with a double bed, TV with set top box, dressing cupboard and fan, no AC, adjust your expectations;• The bathroom, even though it is shared and has crust in some corners, is very clean & smells good;• Shared kitchen for cooking;• Dispenser for filling drinking water, hot water is also available if you need it to make tea/coffee.• Sports facilities such as a swimming pool, table tennis, badminton court and a basketball ring if you want to play basketball;• Parking area is large enough to accommodate 4 - 5 cars;• The lady who is very friendly serves us, this is the best.(-)• Needs care/maintenance for the bedroom walls, even though the floor is clean, the walls are moldy and thick which should be cleaned, some of the paint is peeling, and some of the cement/plaster is cracking.• Even though the shared rooms and bathrooms are clean, the sports facilities are poorly maintained, the table tennis is dusty, the badminton court has lots of fallen leaves/flowers from the trees, the swimming pool water is clear, but there are lots of floating dirt/moss patches.• The public kitchen is poorly maintained, when I went there there were even used plates/bowls that had not been washed.• Some TV cabinets have a lot of sawdust because of termites, so sometimes they have to be swept every now and then to make sure they are clean again.Overall, this is worth it, again don't complain because the price is already cheap, so maintain your expectations, for that price you get a standard room with complete contents, including supporting facilities such as a swimming pool which the kids will definitely enjoy, if you still protest maybe this place is not suitable for you.

According to the price, at that price the swimming pool is already okay. The bathroom is shared. Room facilities include TV, wifi, shelves, towel holder, dressing table. There is a living room, kitchen, dining area, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.

Spacious parking, in the form of a large house complete with suggestions such as a living room with sofas, dining table, kitchen and equipment, the plus point is there is a swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court so it's really suitable for those who bring a group to get together.There are lots of rubbish bins available so don't throw rubbish carelessly.The rooms are not air conditioned but are provided with fans.There are 2 floors, the first floor is very safe for those who bring the elderly because there are no stairs or steps.There is a dispenser with hot water, but if you want to cook you can also go in the kitchen where there is a stove and utensils.For bathing water, if you want to use hot water, cook it first using a pan.The downside is that the sound of vehicles can be heard from the room, because it's right on the side of the road, but if you're a light sleeper like me, the sound doesn't affect it so it's just a good night's sleep, and because this is a fairly old house, the bed makes a sound every time I change position. Likewise with the door which squeaks every time it is opened or closed.There are lots of stalls near here so it's not difficult to find food or snacks.Overall good place

The big house has quite a lot of rooms, is well maintained, clean, quite well maintained. The rooms are not air conditioned but are quite cool and have fans. There is no water heater for bathing, but you can boil water for bathing. There is a stove, dispenser, there is a not too big swimming pool at the back, there is table tennis, the manager is friendly and kind. Comfortable to stay here. For large families it will be suitable. The bathroom is not in the room. So it's just like a private house. Going out to find food is easy and near the market.

Beyond expectations, but if it's just for sleeping, that's okay. If you come here, bring your own toiletries. There's no air conditioning, but it's cold anyway.
