The type chosen was the deluxe type, hoping to get facilities that were more than superior.. the room had just been built but the telephone facility used a barcode scan but was called many times but didn't pick up, unfortunately the room was new but not clean, the bed sheets had stains from spilled coffee as if they hadn't been replaced, the terrace lacks privacy because it's just a pot divider with plants that are poorly maintained and the terrace is dirty, the staff are not well trained in serving, the view is good

Most people are against giving bad reviews even if the service/goods are actually not good. But this one is genuine, the service, no room telephone, you have to scan the barcode which has to use Google Chrome (you can't use Safari) I've downloaded it, called several times to all the extension numbers, no one answered at all, whether you want it or not, you have to go directly to the receptionist borrowing an iron, staying in hotels many times and changing hotels almost every month, this is the only time. I didn't even get a slipper, but last night the water was dead until morning, until dawn, I had to call to get the water fixed, luckily it was picked up, oh my God, it was really true, the service management helped me. Make the view okay.

Clean place with prices that are not too expensive, exit the hotel directly to Lake Sarangan. There is no AC because the air is cold, especially at night.

First experience and it's enough not to go there anymore. Honesty is expensive.but thanks to CS for being patient in handling it.Missed items, but there is no honesty from house keeping. maybe you know if that item can be sold. So how can I admit it?

Try the new building, deluxe room 650 thousand incl 2px breakfast, has a balcony, views of the city of MagetanUnfortunately, the balcony divider between rooms is a plant pot, so there's a lack of privacy.It's still in the renovation stage, so during working hours there's a lot of noise from building tools and hammers, etc., it's not suitable for an afternoon break.Even though you only went there with a pickup vehicle, all the staff were friendly, they didn't differentiate between the guests who came. This hotel is truly legendary, it has still existed for decades

Really recommend. luxurious.. comfortable.. big rooms.. complete facilities & smells like a new building. good service & there are wheelchairs & small vehicles for driving around the hotel for those who need it. the location in front of the lake & the front and rear views are really beautiful

The hotel is clean, very near the lake, the breakfast is delicious. It turned out there was a police event at the hotel... there were lots of police so it felt like you were staying at the police station hehe

Recommendation for those who are confused about finding accommodation when visiting Lake Sarangan. The location in front of the lake is perfect and in the morning you get a view of Mount Lawu when you leave the room. When you get room L.2 at the very corner, number 201, it's suitable for drinking coffee while enjoying the natural view. With a price of 550, according to expectations, you can also eat breakfast in the restaurant or wrap it up and eat it on the balcony.
