It is a hotel without a lift.The room is quite old.Rubber tiles for common walkways Especially the staircase area is peeling off and tape has been put on it.Every electrical plug in the room is loose.The bathroom has a lot of dirt.The shower is clogged.Regarding the oldness of the room, I can accept it.But I'd like to keep it clean more.Compare with the price at a rate of about 500.Other hotels In other provinces This is much better.Or is this rate in Chiang Mai all like this?But the service staff is good.

Book through the app and get an additional 100 baht discount. Personally, I think it's worth the price. The property does not have a lift. The receptionist provides good service. But the room is not very soundproof. Next to the room, when the fan is turned on, you can still hear the sound coming through.

Reserve 2 nights, stay in room 107, right next to the back door exit, loft style room. The bathroom and bedroom are very spacious. There are a lot of power outlets, a refrigerator, 2 bottles of drinking water/night, and a very large bed. Soul absorbing mattress 55, sleeps very comfortably. Normally, I'm a person who has difficulty sleeping. It's strange that it's even harder to fall asleep. But from the first night to the second night, I slept very easily and comfortably.But staying the second night didn't bring soap and shampoo. You had to walk to get it yourself, but the staff gave it to you nicely. At the lobby there is hot water, coffee, Ovaltine, and a microwave. You can walk to it.3rd and 4th floors are monthly accommodations.But be careful in the rainy season. The staff say that when it rains heavily, water tends to flood and block the road in front of the hotel. It will be difficult to get out.Overall ok, but still giving 5 stars.

Went several times and the overall room was ok, but room 202 had the drainage hole not repaired at all. No matter how many times I come, I can only like this room. I've gotten another room once and there was no problem. Everything is considered OK.

It is a place that is worth the price. The rooms are spacious, reasonably clean compared to the price, quiet, suitable for people with cars. Counter staff provide good service and are friendly.

It is a place to stay in a small alley near the Chiang Mai Government Center. The price is not expensive. Loft Style is very worth the price. The rooms are clean, quiet, suitable for a short stay.

According to the price, don't expect much.I don't know what the other rooms are like. But the room I got was on the 3rd floor, around the corner. The air conditioner was old, not cool at all. At first I thought it was attached to a mirror. It might be slow to cool. Turning it on full speed at night was not cool. It was good that there was a fan. 2. The water in the bathroom flowed very little. It took half an hour to finish bathing 👎🏼

The accommodation is in the alley. The alley is a little narrow but it's not too far to go in. You can follow the map. There's a little parking in front of the building. The guy at the hotel explains and talks very well.The atmosphere is quiet and not chaotic. The rooms are loft style, bare cement, clean, have a reading corner, a balcony, spring mattresses, good large bottles of drinking water, good cool air conditioning, good TV.Nearby there are restaurants, coffee, drinks, keep in touch.**But be careful not to go past the alley like us😅 If you enter the next alley, you will have to detour a bit.

My favourite place to stay in Thailand so far. 5 minutes from the city, clean, friendly, helpful staff. No traffic noise, just the sounds of birds and grasshoppers. Thanks for having me

This room will be in the alley. People who have come here for the first time may be a bit confused. If you navigate with GPS, it will take you to the back of the hotel in a different alley. The room is quite old. But there have been some improvements. The bed is not too soft or too hard. At night, the sound of the air conditioner will be loud at times, causing you to wake up. In front of the hotel entrance there is a restaurant called Laab Kai Ban Hong. If you stay here, don't forget to stop by. Before going to bed, stop by to buy craft beer near the hotel, CM Mart, to sip before bed if you wake up in the morning. Drive out of the hotel and turn left and you will go through the alley to the shop. The legendary Khao Soi Mae Manee has received a Michelin award for 4 years in a row.

The bed is ok. Sleep comfortably. The location, if you drive in at night, is a bit difficult to get in. As for the bathroom, it should be improved. Water drips and the floor looks like it hasn't been scrubbed at all. The refrigerator was making loud noises intermittently. And most importantly, the room doesn't keep much sound. On the day of staying, the next room made a lot of noise to the point where I couldn't sleep 😅 But overall it was ok. The accommodation does not have an elevator.

-The price is not too high but it arrives at night.google The map takes you to a place you didn't think you could go. Overall, both entrances are quite narrow. Difficult to find convenience store-There is no elevator. It may be a bit difficult for the elderly.- Paying by card has a 3% charge.-Spacious room The old condition from use is acceptable. But what I found was that the room was very stuffy, the bed was deflated, the pillows didn't fit in time and the smell of sweat + musty smell hit my nose. This is unacceptable. You have to put a cloth on it before going to bed.-The bathroom has warm colored lights, a little dark, but the water heater sometimes turns on and sometimes doesn't turn on.-WiFi is very good, use your own internet which is stronger.

Beautiful room, soft bed, very comfortable bed, clean. Very quiet Worth carrying and really goodThe bedroom is very good. The bathroom is clean, has a balcony, good service, far from convenient places to buy, there is a car that can easily go out and buy.The accommodation may be a little deep, not very deep.
