Hotel Scarboro

This is a great place to stay! The hotel is nice and the price is good. The hot tub in the room is amazing. Make sure you turn the button on under the sink so that the jets will work. We enjoyed the pool and beds were very comfortable. Also its about 10 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and spacious. Its definitely a nice place to stay during your vacation.

The village around the hotel is so beautiful.I recommend walking to a nearby restaurant to eat.There were no guests at the hotel, so I enjoyed it leisurely.The jacuzzi in the room is large, so it's great for families.However, I deduct one star because there is no restaurant and you have to go out to eat breakfast.

It is a Luxury Hotel, with an excellent service, wide rooms, quiet place w/an ocean view and has a beautiful scenery outside. Wanna go again for Staycation with my family next time 😊☺️

It is a high standard rooms w/an ocean view, the location is amazing and it's close to all facilities, there is an outdoor swimming pool also a kids pool and jacuzzi at room. It was good and wanna go there again next vacation.

Great view from the window to the sea. The staff is helpful. Several places to eat nearby.

Room was great!! It had an indoor jacuzzi which was perfect after being out in the cold the whole day.Very spacious room. Very usefull as well were the ref and microwave.Location-wise, it's in a very quiet part of Jeju. Not much restos around. But staff was very kind to buy us food when we were not able to go out bec of heavy rains.Price is very reasonable. The experience of having an indoor onsen (hot bath) was very unique.

I'm going in winter. Warm, spacious and comfortable room. Electric vehicle charging station. I liked the spacious bathtub.

View: I reserved a premium spa room because it said it had an ocean view, but the premium spa rooms are all on the second floor, so there is no view. If you want a good view, you need to go to at least the 3rd floor. I should have downgraded to a deluxe spa room.Bed: I like hard beds and it was very comfortable. Although it is written that the premium spa room has one king-size bed, it actually has one king-size bed and one queen-size bed.Bathrooms: One of the bathrooms is too big to pass up. The bathroom has a full-length window, so it has the same view as the room.Bathtub: The bathtub is as big as the bathroom. It seems like 4 people can fit in. However, it takes 3 hours to get water.Kitchenette: I have one, but I can't write about it. There is one microwave.Amenities: Provided in Molton Brown. I like that.Overall Review: Worth going again. However, one of the female employees at the front desk (a young person) was very unfriendly. The man was kind.

Hotel facilities were okay. However, it is very disappointing that it does not seem to be managed well. 1. There was orange sticky drink spilled on the floor by a previous customer, so my feet felt sticky. 2. There was a bunch of discarded cotton swabs of different colors in the sink. 3. A former customer’s underwear was found between the sofas. 4. The top of the sink glass was full of dust. 5. The memo pad contains notes left by previous customers. This kind of cleanliness/management was noticeable every day during my 3 nights and 4 days stay, which made my trip very disappointing, and my spouse who chose this hotel felt very sorry to me. They said they would also upgrade the room. I was told that I would only be upgraded for one day and that I would have to move to another room the next day,,, hahaha. I just stayed in the room I initially entered, but still... I don't think I'll ever come back and I can't recommend it. It would be good to hire more people to keep house.Hotel facility was good overall. We stayed in Amor (e) room 201. It did have jacuzzi and the room was spacious. It also had a great heating system as well. However, there was a BIG serious concern regarding HOUSE KEEPING/ maintenance. I was extremely concerned about my hygiene. 1. There was some sticky drinks left to dry on the floor of the room- my feet felt sticky for couple days (Unfortunately, they still could not remove all the sticky stuff/drinks)- I still have photo of it. 2. There is used cotton ball/swabs on the bathroom sink- I guess it is from previous guest (I have a photo and showed it to the staff) . VERY DISGUSTING! 3. There was previous guests' underwear between sofa... WT... ( I also took a photo and showed it to the staff) 4. bathroom sink glass is dirty 5. the memo/ note pad still had previous guests paper/ used paper attached at the back. (I took a photo.) Every single day, I found something inappropriate that I could not sleep well. The staff offered room upgrade; However, it was for a single day, and we had to downgrade to our current room level for the next remaining days. We did not want to transfer room two- three times. Thus, we decided to stay in the same room. We asked house keeping service everyday; however, still found things. I would not come here again with the same price. I cannot recommend this place to other couples who come to Jeju Island for their special moments... shameful and unfortunate.
