Although it was unmanned, there was no inconvenience because the system sent the key to a cell phone. It's quiet, close to restaurants and supermarkets, and has a good location.

First, this place is good for business trips because the hotel location is very near the ICC Jeju by walking around 10 minutes. The hotel has 4 floors: 1st for front desk (unattended) + cafe (but not operating at all). The 2nd to the 4th floor is for the rooms. The room I got was on the 3rd floor (307) with the nice view+can see the ICC building. The room was spacious with 2 beds, wardrobe, and desk. I personally did not like the bathroom because it is higher and you have to step up, also the air ventilation sound is so noisy. I think cleaning itself is not properly done because my cup has coffee stains remain. On my second day, there was a cleaning service that replaced my towels and emptied my trash, and gave 2 more water bottles. The hotel has a swimming pool but it isn't used at all.Overall, it is a good place if you need to attend an event on the ICC and it has a very nice view.

Since it is located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex, foreigners do not seem to have any difficulties due to low prices, good transportation, and a good atmosphere.

There are no combs or soap in the room. Amenities must be purchased from a vending machine. There is no coffee or other beverages provided. It must be inconvenient for business travelers. Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, the floor is carpeted and it smells when the air conditioner is turned off.

Since it is an unmanned hotel, the service doesn't really mean much. The rooms were okay and the convention center was easily accessible! Within 10 minutes on foot

The rooms are clean and the hotel is good in many ways.Disappointing points 1. It is a bit frustrating because it is unmanned operation.Disappointing point 2. There are stairs at the entrance, but there is no ramp, so it may be inconvenient if your carrier is heavy.

I found this while looking for a hotel with a swimming pool.I liked it so much the last time I came that I came back.I came just in time for the swimming pool opening starting today.The location is good because it is a middle gate, and the white bedding is clean and nice.
