Photo taken in mid-December 2022The location is about 40 minutes by car from Jeju Airport.As soon as you arrive at the hotel, the first thing you notice is the beauty of its famous architecture. From the moment you enter the entrance, through the lobby until you reach your room, you feel as if you are walking through an art museum. The sophisticated and luxurious interior of the lobby gives the feeling of an Eastern-Western fusion resort.Since it is a one-story resort, there are 26 rooms in total, so check-in is quick and easy.There are two types of rooms: Western-style and Korean-style rooms. The photo was taken in the deluxe Korean-style room.The room was in excellent condition with no trace of dust.Even the touching New Year’s greeting handwritten letter was perfect.If you open the window and go out, there is a table where you can relax while drinking a cup of tea. I went out for a while, but because of the December wind and cold, I gave up and came right back. The unfortunate thing is that it is separated from the room next to it by a partition, which can be a bit inconvenient.Podo Hotel is said to have aragonite deep hot spring water (slightly alkaline) in the bathtubs of all rooms.The lime-like, cloudy water we know comes out, and a slippery white sediment settles.When I came out after about an hour, I felt like all the accumulated fatigue had disappeared.Podo Hotel is also famous for its restaurants.The fried shrimp udon and jjambbong are worth trying if you stay here.I, who is sensitive to fishy foods, felt the freshness of seafood.However, I do not recommend visiting just to eat this place.Of course, the service and atmosphere are 5 stars.Breakfast is served neatly in Korean style.This is my personal opinion, but it felt like eating a meal from a Jeolla-do restaurant.I've been to all 5-star hotels and resorts in Jeju Island, but this was the quietest.It was lodging. I think it was because the main guests were elderly couples, newlyweds, and golfers with their spouses, rather than families with children.Except for the disadvantage of having to drive for more than 10 minutes as there is no convenience store nearby.I would say it was a pretty perfect vacation.Recommended for those who want to enjoy the hot springs quietly.

Stayed for 3 nights in early November.It is a quiet and beautiful hotel.The room, view, meals, and service were all satisfactory.I think I ate most of the food in the hotel over the three days. Both a la carte and course meals are delicious.I couldn't finish the course meal because I was full 😭

Everyone is so friendly, and the facilities are very well maintained. I visited again after 5-6 years, but the facilities felt almost the same...The staff are so friendly, the view from the restaurant and the food are so delicious. The food exceeded my expectations no matter what I ordered. 5-6 years ago, I felt that the food was too expensive, but now that I am in this situation (prices are skyrocketing), I feel like it is expensive just because it is hotel food...ㅠㅡㅜAnd the hot spring water comes out of the indoor bathroom, and the water is so good!!! I think it's worth going if you really take advantage of the package. I want to go again!!!!
