Shameful racist and money hungry staff.I arrived early and the hotel staff abused me upon arrival when I gently enquired about an early check in - and demanded a “early check in fee”. Note the hotel was deserted, and wasn’t fully booked.It ended up in the staff member insulting me and sending rude messages through Agoda to me as. This person couldn’t run a bath let alone a business - he simply wants payment for every small thing. It’s good business to offer early check in to paying guests, and he treats white people like a money-tree. Luckily Agoda returned my money which was great but only because of Agoda that is the case, if it was directly with him he wouldn’t have permitted it.Shameful Korean hospitality.

Stayed here for a week with my family. Staff are kind, there is a nice 7-11 across the street, and it has a great location. There is also a great coin laundry around the corner (in another building). Everything is very clean and works well.

I took my child there last year, and this year they were still friendly, and the room was so clean that I felt comfortable and happy the entire time. They turned on the boiler because it was humid and took good care of the room. The bedding and bathroom are spotlessly clean. I will visit again next year, boss!

Most of the accommodations in this area are old, but the Pino Hotel is one of the newly built hotels. The exterior is pretty and the room size is appropriate.The ocean view room has some flaws in the photo provided on the hotel reservation site (Photoshop needs to be verified). However, it is not 100% fabricated and the scenery is somewhat similar. However, the difference is that you can see an empty lot, buildings, and the sea in the distance.The bedding is clean, so it's not bad for travelers to stay for a day or two, and the price is good for now.There is a very slight dampness, but I am not sure why.
