The hotel booking came straight to the place, I wanted to pay in advance but it was rejected and they said I could pay when I checked in. But when I checked in, the room I had booked was already sold out and I was told to look for another hotel.The ID card that has been photographed and the name that has been booked have no history at all in the system.If you have to book via the application, please give guests directions when they want to book, come directly to the hotel. And why would a hotel refuse payment in advance when a guest arrives if it will be detrimental to the guest in the end?
