Perhaps because it hasn't changed much since ten years ago, the price point has gone down a bit. So I think it's good to be able to use it at a reasonable price.

Well, it's a bit embarrassing to call it 5 stars.I don't know about the resort, but the hotel's furniture and carpets are old, and the mattresses are giving me back pain.No matter how much it is a holiday, the reservation and change call center does not operate on weekends and holidays.My foreign friend who traveled with me had a hard time communicating with the staff to solve problems other than basic English.The maids and restaurant staff are friendly.It's not a hotel I would come back to or recommend.

Stayed 1 night at the resort and 1 night at the hotelAre the resort staff and hotel staff from another company?I'm not trying to say hello.Resort staff do not greet you when you make eye contact.I felt that the counter man was unfriendly when checking in. The explanation was not enough and he made me say the same thing two or three times.And even if you turn on the air conditioner, it doesn't cool down quickly.When I was getting ready in the morning, it was hot so I was sweating while getting ready.And this system, which turns off the air conditioner when you open the door to go out to the terrace, is the worst of the worst.Is this to save on electricity bills? ..If the door is slightly open, the air conditioner turns off...I don't think there is any need to go to a hotel like this at this price during the off-season.I think that for a hotel like this, it is a cost-effective hotel priced around 100,000 won.I have traveled dozens of times and been to 5-star hotels.The air conditioner turns off when you open the door, or the resort staff makes a shocked expression and says things like this... . For your information, the hotel staff were all friendly.It is one of the top ten hotels in Jeju Island.… I don't want to believe it

Definitely, the most prestigious hotel and resort in Jeju Island. You may experience most delicately cared landscaping, fine dining choices and swimming pool. I really enjoyed the bar with various selection of whiskey.
