The Wave M West hotel is new and gorgeous. Clean, well decorated and overlooking an amazing view of the bay.The staff were welcoming and helpful.As English speakers, we had a few communication challenges, but overcame these with patience and translation apps.The breakfast was fairly average. Dietary options for allergies are not available. Ingredients not listed.Orange slices the only option for g/f and d/f.The hotel is about 1 k.m. walk away from the wave park (man made surf wave pool). Buses are within walking distance. Fairly easy to navigate.Biggest issue -majority of shops, cafes, restaurants and facilities are closed or empty.Tourist brochures with attractions were not open for business or deserted. It felt like a post apocalyptic city.No people or cars on the road.Such a weird setup.If all you want is a good hotel room and a view, this is your place... surfing is there, but books up well into advance.No other reason to go there at this stage.... hopefully that changes in the future.

With super nice sea view, from morning to night, you can appreciate the beauty of the sea and sky .5 star rating for family or friends, the good room design and great view must give everyone a memorable experienceI love the sea from Okinawa , but the seaside here is also wonderful
